We really enjoyed our stay at this property. I loved the privacy of each bedroom and bath. The pictures are a little misleading. The bedrooms are smaller than they seem in the pictures. We did have some cleanliness issues; behind bathroom doors, blinds, washing machine was really dirty. The kitchen has plenty of place settings of cup, plates, bowls, plenty of butter knives and forks but only about 6 spoons. There are 3 crock pots and 3 or 4 coffee pots, but only 1 med. cookie sheet and 1 small cookie sheet and they are rusty; 1 muffin pan, 1 9X13 glass pan, 1 lg. glass bowl, 1 glass loaf pan, 2 large plastic bowls but that is it for serving pieces. The skillets are in bad shape, there are plenty of them but the coating is really scratched up terribly. I could not believe there is only 1 dishtowel. I am very glad I wrapped many of the dishes and items I took for the kitchen in dishtowels. I was cooking meals for 13+ people 3 times a day and one cup towel is ridiculous for a place that is supposed to house that many people. (We had my son's rehearsal dinner here with 25 people.)
I took a folding table and chairs in order to have enough sitting eating space.
The screened in porch is very nice. The kitchen is nice with the 2 dishwashers, 2 stoves and 2 refrigerators. The ice makers in the refrigerators makes plenty of ice for your group.
If I needed a property like this again, I would be interested in renting it again. We did enjoy our stay and management was really good.

We loved everything about this place.it was clean easy parking. Loved the enclosed patio we sat out and talked people around us were perfect. The road in you need to be careful we have a big truck and it very narrowly coming and going. There is so much to do in pigeon forge and gatlinburg The kids loved playing in the very shallow water next to the house and this included the 3 year old. We went to Dollywood and splash Dollywood wonderworks museum, hillybilly golf a blast, Dollywood stampede and comedy barn. We did use the free tickets super people to assist us. We would come back and use these properties great customer service.

We enjoyed our family vacation at the Rushing Water Lodge Cabin. Plenty of room for large family. The king bedrooms are roomy and beds comfortable. The double queen bunk room also roomy and comfortable. Cabin very clean. Great location. The property management is very quick to address any issues. Just be aware that you are in the mountains and cell service/internet can be spotty. Would stay here again.

Our stay was good overall. For a large group having 2 refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and coffee pots was a plus. However, there are things I feel future renter's should be aware of before their stay. The cabin is on a well water system so the water smelled like sulfur. Although we were told it was safe the rotten eggs smell was very off-putting so we used bottle water to brush our teeth and for cooking. Also, the mattresses in three of the rooms need replacing. They have big dips on one side, resulting in back pain. Please upgrade the grill. The park size charcoal grill does not work for large groups. Lastly, although the owners may not be able to do anything about it, I just want to mention that the shacks directly across the road are an eyesore. They absolutely ruin the view from the porch of the cabin. Overall decent accomodations.

Very simple process, our stay was very ice and enjoyable. The cabin was well equipped for my most needs . Everyone enjoyed staying there. It was well worth its price. The only take away was the bear we encountered at the trash can.

The cabin was beautiful with its rustic look. Very spacious for my family gathering. Only a couple minor issues with the house keeping and the amenities. Lots of activities and attractions nearby. The management checked on us on the following day after arrival. Will definitely rent again.

Nice, but the property needs a few improvement.The water smelled stagnant,we couldn’t cook with it. When we went out we could smell that stagnant odor on our skin, and the clothes we washed smelt the same way. Some of the beds not all mattresses needed replacing and upgrading the sheets. .

We all had a good time at the cabin. There was a shortage of serving bowls. There was only 1 lge bowl. I severed in the military and my brothers and I try to get together every couple years. This was the perfect place. That house was in good condition and in a great location. There's a ton of stuff to do in the area. And everybody is very military-friendly. We saw the Hatfields and McCoy Dinner Show while we were there that was nice.

This will be my go to spot every time we visit Pigeon Forge. It was a total of 14 people (7 couples)!! Everyone had their own King bedroom and bathroom. There was plenty of room in the cabin and for parking 6 cars. The location is perfect, not far from the strip. The owner checked on us throughout our stay!!! PERFECT GETAWAY

For most part it was very nice had a few issues the day e we arrived the septic system was messed up and had no water or bathroom for a little bit but maintenance came out and fixed it pretty quick. We did have ants and small bugs in the property as well. But overall it was a nice place to stay with a large family reunion!!

The bench seating was not comfortable plus several of us tripped over legs on benches and thankfully no one fail. Also, rugs turning up on edges tripping issue also. We are all 60+. Also not enough seating for the screened-in porch. There was 15 of us and only 2 chairs on the porch.
