This house is very cozy and has amazing views!! We absolutely loved our stay!! I highly recommend this house... we'll be back!!

The home was perfect for our family. The layout is great with plenty of bedroom options on the main floor with two full bathrooms. The upstairs main suite is amazing. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Would definitely recommend.

Owners were responsive and helpful while preparing for the trip. House is very cozy with amazing views and huge TVs! We had some trouble because the dish washer was broken when we arrived. The owner had someone call us and she told us how to reset it, but it was clogged (we think). When I informed the owner I got no response, but it was the holiday weekend so I get it. We were having Thanksgiving at the location so that was a little rough, though. There was also no trash can and only one trash bag available. If those two things were resolved it would have been a perfect trip.

Our stay was great and the place is everything you would expect from the description and great reviews. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. We did feel a little self conscious whenever outside as surveillance cameras were watching us and I assume they can hear as well. I understand the need for them, but maybe lose the one on the back porch where people hang out. Everything else was perfect. We hope to come back again next year.

This house was gorgeous, clean, updated, with everything you’d need for a great vacation. The views are spectacular. The master bedroom and bath are amazing, with fantastic views as well. Owner very responsive. We had a wonderful time.

Wow! What a blessing to walk in this home and be greeted with a wonderful family environment. Minimalist enough to not have to watch everything the kids touch, yet provided cozy touches to make you feel at home. The entire home was immaculate and very well kept. Thank you!

The view from the Master Bedroom is AMAZING! Comfy furnishings, well appointed kitchen, lovely views. The telescope was a nice touch for watching the boats and looking for whales. You can't access the beach directly from the property, but there's a twisty path a couple of doors down, or you can walk to the end of the road for lots of easy beach access. Wonderful place to stay, very private, clean, with stunning views. 2 neighborhood beach accesses where you can walk all the way to South Beach State Park. Loved the lush vegetation in the neighborhood. Comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed. Front and back decks made it easy to clean up our dog outside. Just needs towel rack or hooks in the beautiful master bathroom, and a comfy chair in upstairs bedroom to sit and appreciate the view. Definitely coming back!

This house was clean and had lots of useful items, especially in the kitchen. However, don’t be fooled by the picture of the stairs in the pathway to the beach. Very misleading!! It’s a bit of a hike on narrow pathway and a couple sets of stairs. Also, the ad states it’s a fenced yard which is not true—there’s no fence! If you’re looking for a nice place to stay with the family, including the pup, this is it!

We loved this place so much! The walk to the beach reminded our kids of an enchanted forest and the beach was so fun. We only saw a person or two the whole time we were there. Nye Beach, just up the road, had 60 or more people on it. The location was even better than we imagined. Everything we planned on doing The Aquarium, tidepools and lighthouse at Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area, The Discovery Zoo (which was a little disappointing btw but everything else was amazing!), Dockside Charters whale watching tour in Depoe Bay, The Devil's Punchbowl, kite flying on the beach, Nye beach, The Historic Bay Front area (the seals are there 11 months out of the year but we didn't know they migrate during july 😔), restaraunts, Dutch Bro coffee and grocery stores are all 15-30 min away. Perfect. The icing on the cake was the house. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and had the most amazing views. It's newly renovated and has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is sweet. It is the whole upstairs with a giant tv and spectacular view. 2 washers and 2 driers turned out to be super handy, we might have to do that at home. 3 full bathrooms and the one upstairs is realy cool. The bathtub for our littles was perfect. A BBQ grill on the front porch and a back deck that overlooks the ocean. We didn't use the little fire pit due to fire restrictions but it's there. The neighborhood is so quiet and quant. You can drive a block down the street to a private neighborhood beach with a few picnic tables instead of hiking the trail. We had fun doing both but when we got wet in the ocean driving was better so the kids could warm up. Overall we had the best vacation ever and hope to stay here again. So much to do and such a wonerful place to stay. My wife wants to move to Oregon now. Ugh
