Unit 1504 has panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and is located next door to the world famous Flora Bama. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry! Sleeping arrangements: Master: King 2nd bedroom: Queen 3rd bedroom: 2, Fulls Living Room: Sleeper Sofa Directions: East on Perdido Beach Blvd, Travel over the Pass Bridge, Phoenix X is on the right, next door to the Flora Bama. What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property. The place was just what we were looking for for our firefighter annual fishing trip. The host was quick with communication. Very clean rental, no problems what so ever! Will definitely be using them in the future!

We booked last minute and got this three bedroom condo. We normally only use two, but it was all that was available! It’s a beautiful property with a great view of the ocean. The beach is big, so even with a full condo, we felt like we were nice and spread out. Everything was clean, and we never ran into any elevator issues. The parking garage was nice! Check in was painless, although it took a few extra minutes to grab a parking pass because of the line inside the lobby. Excited to go back!

Awesome place. The parking pass is not included in the price. The description did not mention parking is not included. Actually it said the opposite...in email rental company sent stated two parking passes are included. Took 30 minutes at front desk to purchase the pass. I was second in line. Parking pass process takes way too long to issue a piece of paper.
