About this house rental
Located in Perdido Key Coves, a private waterfront community, with WiFi, this 3 bedroom 2 & 1/2 bath house with additional outdoor shower is perfect for your vacation. Being in the middle of the State Park is ideal with no development on the Gulf to block your view. There is a crosswalk to the quiet beach and just a 5 minute walk with dedicated beach access where you can find seashells, swim, go fishing, watch the sunrise and take amazing photographs of the family having fun. Very spacious primary bedroom and bath is on main floor with large tv. Two more bedrooms upstairs, one with a king size and full size bed. The other with a queen size and a full size bed and a bathroom located in between. An open, spacious living area with 55" flat screen tv, dining room table that seats 6 and large kitchen with bar that seats 4 contains everything you need and opens up to a deck with table and 4 chairs and 2 rocking chairs overlooking the water with a dock and 6 teak chairs with 2 umbrellas to relax on the dock. There is also a hammock, 2 adult bikes and 4 beach chairs for use.

The property was very clean with plenty of room to park both vehicles and a boat trailer. The canal provided easy access to access for our 23 ft boat to get from the dock to the bay. The canal was also easy to navigate at night when coming back late. We had plenty of room for my family of 7. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, while the house had plenty of space when we had a rainy day inside. The host responded to all my questions quickly and thoroughly. The games provided in the living room were very appreciated. The large kitchen, grill on the terrace right next to it, and a full laundry room made our stay very convenient for being out on the water and then bringing back fresh seafood to cook there. The neighbors were also very nice and pleasant. The neighborhood was very quiet for one with a fair number of rentals with the only sounds besides the ocean being families having fun in the backyards. There were no big parties or loud music, just people enjoying the outdoors. I will gladly look to this home first in future trips to Perdido Key. It was everything I wanted in a vacation rental.

Property was clean and in order. Owners were very nice and were very helpful. ONLY bad thing I can possibly say is it would be nice to have had a ceiling fan on the back porch.

Well equipped kitchen. Nice deck with outdoor furniture and barbecue grill to enjoy fishing in the canal. House needs some updates.
