Nice house with ample room for 6.

This is a great place to stay. Very quiet yet minutes to downtown. Extremely clean and huge fenced yard for our dog. Was exactly what we needed and perfectly matched the description.

Property is older. Both bathtubs are somewhat hard to get into especially if you are older. Had to unplug 3 air fresheners since one of us was sensitive to perfumes.

The home was very clean and stocked well with essentials. The location is quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio while the kids played in the yard with the dog. Fenced in property allowed us to relax with no worries. It was a quick and easy drive to skiatook where my family is located. Cliff was very kind and professional. He even called to be sure we did not need anything while we were staying there. I will definitely try to book again when we come back to visit.

Excellent place to stay for families. Fenced in yard if you need to bring your pup. Kid friendly with a nice swing set. Grill and patio. Very clean and lots of sleeping space. Great communication between us and the owner. Very prompt responses and very accommodating. The only thing I would recommend would be for the mattresses on the beds be upgraded with at least a 3 inch memory foam topper. Otherr than that, it was a wonderful and enjoyable place to lodge! If you need a place to stay in the Tulsa/Sand Springs area, this would be it! We will definitely be return customers!

We rented this property to to fish a high school fishing tournament on skiatook lake, there was plenty of parking for the boat, and everything was clean, and we will be returning, have tournaments in the future and will be back. If your going to stay around Tulsa for anything I would check this place out

This is the second time we have booked this property. The owner is very nice and communicates well. It is a cute and cozy house with three bedrooms. It is approximately 10 minutes from the University of Tulsa, which makes it a great place to stay when visiting our daughter in college. Would definitely stay there again.

The place was convenient to places that we went. It was very clean and had everything that we wanted. It was quiet and loved the back yard area.

Good place to stay while in tulsa.

We stayed over the Fourth of July holiday and the house worked our perfectly. Cliff let us know about the house across the street putting on a big fireworks show and we decided to come see it instead of doing our own at our family's house and it was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very clean & more than enough room for 4 adults. Cliff was very helpful when I needed to ask him questions. It was also nicely decorated!. It was a short drive to Keystone Lake.

This property is a short distance from Tulsa’s Downtown area and just over the hill from an industrial area. The dual air conditioning system with three bedrooms upstairs was nice. Two full bathrooms was also good since we had a teenager who had their own space. The downside was the ants… we had purchased groceries and snacks and placed them on the kitchen counter next to the fridge. Cold stuff was put away of course and we went to bed that first night after buying a three-wick candle and some febreeze for the musty smell. Upon waking and heading down to prepare breakfast we were dismayed to find ants crawling over our food. I messaged the host who stated that he and his grandson were scrapping and painting prior to our arrival and “probably stirred them up a little bit” and “they come out after the rain sometimes”. He came over twice to spray the window where they were entering the house. We then had to keep our food on the kitchen table in the dining room for the duration of the stay. In my opinion this house was not prepared to receive guests. There was no offer made by VRBO or the host to help replace our ruined groceries or to discount our stay. Overall we are going to give this an “okay” rating. Some details need to be fixed (like spraying for bugs before guests arrive, and using something to get the old-people and musty smell out of the house).
