About this condo rental

Situated in Sawtelle Japantown, this charming condo for $100 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. please note that if you book for 30 nights, you will be paying a 10% city tax which you won't have to pay if you book 31 nights or more! you walk along a pass through an ever growing bamboo forrest to arrive at the 230 sqft garden studio. a large skylight sits above a hight adjustable dining table. sit on the floor to eat and work while admiring the beautiful nature or raise the table when you need extra space to prepare a meal. the pantry kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, an Induction cook top, a large sink with a garbage disposal and a number of small appliances, as well as a miele vacuum, high quality towels and linnens. there is a two-seater couch and a 65" smart tv. the queen size bed is located up a couple of steps and below an operable skylight with a black-out function. floor-to-ceiling windows in the bathroom make you feel that you're outside taking a shower below a tree. there is a rain shower head and a hand-held, a toilet with a washlet and a washer/dryer combination. the property is fully fenced and you enter through a locked gate, walk along the side of the house and along a pass through an ever growing bamboo forrest.

I really enjoyed the perfect location of this place. Very convenient to take the transportation to the WestWood, and nice location to grab famous Sawtelle foods. I loved the cozy time watching bamboo trees. I would like to stay here again if I visit LA again.
