Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 3 firestick streaming services TVs, 2 DVD players, WIFI, stereo/cd player & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include outside shower, permanent grill, screen porch, sun deck, floating dock & beautiful views of the Intracoastal Waterway. This home is strictly a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.

Great spot. Would definitely return. It's time for some exterior maintenance though. Some torn screens, both porch doors need attention. I would mention the dock and walkway, but there was a guy there looking over it, so hopefully they follow through with repairs. Inside was great, good setup. A couple of barstools for the bar would be perfect.
