The coastal getaway of your dreams awaits at this beautiful model home with plenty of space to host up to 16 lucky guests! This pond-front escape boasts a large, open floor plan with marvelous hardwood floors and crown moldings, creating a homey feeling you won't find anywhere else. This spacious, two-story, four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home - one of the larger floor plans in the community - offers approximately 3,000 square feet of resort vacation space to accommodate the whole family. The first floor features a great room (with a new 65-inch TV), a well-equipped kitchen, a pool table room, a half-bath, a laundry room, and a living room that includes a queen sofabed. The first floor also includes the main suite, a private bathroom with a separate shower and dual vanities, pond views, and access to the rear screened-in porch and sun deck. The second floor offers the remaining three bedrooms, including a second main suite with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom; both include a queen bed as well as a bunk bed (single-over-double trundle in the fourth bedroom). Step outside to enjoy the home's covered front porch, screened rear porch, and sun deck (with a gas grill) overlooking the lake. You'll also have a Keurig, a gas fireplace (disconnected from Memorial Day through Labor Day), a gas grill, a Ping-Pong table, a keyless entry lock, and WiFi. Plus, enjoy assorted games, puzzles, beach chairs, and coolers (courtesy items not guaranteed). Located walking distance of the Pavilion amenities and only half a block from the in-season beach shuttle and a second outdoor pool, this coastal Delaware rental home is an excellent choice for your next beach adventure! What's nearby: The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles from the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, an exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, a hard-surface tennis court, a multi-sport court, and saunas), an outdoor pool, a playground, a summer beach shuttle, and a clubhouse with a restaurant. Things to know: Free WiFi Please note that the garage is not available to use for parking Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests who opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase it at the Bear Trap Pavilion. *Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We enjoyed our week stay at this home. The house was clean and beautiful. We had our family down the first weekend and our niece and her family who are local came over for the day and everybody loved the pool table and the ping pong table! Hoping to rent again next year!

Overall home was beautiful. We had no water when we arrived and when they turned it on there was a hot water heater leak. The company came out to fix it though. The area is beautiful and we loved the location. Bear Trap is a clean and beautiful development. We would rent again!

We traveled with family all the way from New Jersey to spend some good time but the vacation house was a big disappointment. Kitchen lacked very basic things, bathrooms had only toilet paper roll per bathroom, no dishwashing soap, basic toiletries like hand soap or bath soap, TV remotes were out of batteries, not enough bedding in the house. I reported about this to property manager who responded after a day. I had go shopping almost every day to buy these missing items. Hope this feedback can help others who are planning to book this property and also help the owners to fix the level of service they are providing as those services below the normal standards

Very spacious, clean, comfortable! The only negative was the smoke alarm that beeped periodically thru our stay. It was noted to Vacasa.and will be taken care of.. Coffee pot needs tweaking..could use more sharp kitchen knives.. Would rent again! My experience with Delaware Vacasa was great!

Spacious and Super Clean house. Top grade pool table and ping pong table. Big kitchen and dining area. Screened Porch and deck to boot. Five minutes to three grocery stores and 13 mins to Bethany Beach. And numerous amenities at the Pavillion to enjoy. This place is P E R F E C T getaway!!

We celebrated my husband's birthday. The house was BEAUTIFUL!!! We had an amazing time. The only issue we had was that both garbage bins were filled to the top. No one came to remove the garbage the whole time we were there. Other than that we had a fantastic time. We plan on doing this again.
