My husband and I stayed with two of our children. We were in town to visit our son that is in TN at college. The property was clean, comfortable and convenient. Denise was easy to reach. Check in and check out was easy. Definitely recommend. Will stay here again!

Great central location, free Roku TV features, set up in the home with most everything a person could need. We bought groceries and had some relaxing mornings before hitting the fray.Denise is a great host and wants you to call her with any needs. She thanked us and wished us well.

This was the most well appointed home I’ve ever stayed in. All the details were managed perfectly. Communication was fantastic. The home was remodeled beautifully with excellent touches throughout. Dealing with property manager was fantastic. She went above and beyond.

The house was perfect and had everything we needed. It's a great location, it's about in the middle of everything. We did Lynchburg, Bell Buckle, Nashville and other areas and it was about same distance to all. I had no problems communicating with the host. Would use this house again.

Easy to find, clean, comfortable, good kitchen with everything we needed to cook a couple of meals and breakfast for us. We could not get in the door when we first arrived but a phone call and they opened the door remotely and did not have any other problems. Used the washer and dryer and appreciated the automatic log yourself out with the Ruko app on the TV. The fire station is close by and we did hear the trucks going out quit a few times but it did not bother our sleep and we were out and about during most of the day anyway. Would stay there again.

We were very excited to be able to stay here again! Place was just how remembered. Just a couple things that we were disappointed about. The biggest thing is that it’s no longer a 3 bedroom house. Just 2. Now this is completely my fault for not reading the listing completely over again. I was so excited to be going back, I looked up the house, saw it was available and immediately booked it. Not until we showed up, is when I found out the master bedroom is so longer available. Door was locked. Now this is 100% my fault for not reading the listing again and just assuming it was a 3 bedroom still. I just felt upset for not knowing until when we showed up. House was still more than accommodating for us than a hotel would of been. My kids were disappointed the gum ball machine was gone. When it was time to leave, night before I looked up check out time and it’s listed as 11am. We left around 9:30am. But when I checked my VRBO messages later on, the owner messaged me earlier saying check out time was 10am and if we could let her know when we thought we would be leaving. After we had checked out owner called me asking where the toaster was, kind of with an accusing tone. When my mama was done cleaning she had put it under the cabinet when it should had stayed on the counter. I get it, I’m sure people take stuff all the time and she thought we did too but please look around next time before making us feel uncomfortable. All in all house is great. Just this trip was different than last trip I guess. Rating would be a 5 star if not for the things I mentioned.
