I think Zanzibar as a whole needs more nature conservation.

Amazing place nearby the airport - but very quiet !! A breathtaking sea view and a very cozy place for a few days.
a bit far to the Old Town - but a nice little restaurant is nearby above the sea with an amazing view.
The house itself is just an amazing old colonial building, nicely refurbished and the staff is amazingly nice and friendly.
Maybe the beautiful park right next to the sea is not well maintained (I think it's not belonging to the hotel anymore)
And the beach is not for swimming as the water isn't clean.

What I loved most about the property was the warm hospitality and beautiful atmosphere. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. The team was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and kindness truly made our experience special. It was a beautiful stay, and I would definitely recommend the property to others.
There wasn’t really anything I disliked about the property. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the accommodation and the hospitality. If anything, a few small improvements could make an already lovely experience even better, but overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff were friendly,beautiful accommodation.
There is no pool.We were told there was a small “private beach” trail.As soon as we started off to the trail,we realised that the beach wasn’t suitable for swimming.The beach looked dangerous.A security guard from a neighbouring hotel asked us to please turn around as the area around the beach was not safe.It did not feel safe.It was an uncomfortable experience.
