About this apartment rental
Entire 2 bed, 2 bath apartment 2 blocks from the hospital and minutes away from some of the best hunting in the country.

We don't generally meet with guests unless requested but are happy to answer any questions and work to resolve any issues you encounter promptly.
Cooperstown is a rural upper-midwest town of a little less than 1000. Quiet and quaint, with enough services to have everything you need including a grocery store, Dollar General, several bars and restaurants, the C-store, and other boutique shops.
Having a car is strongly recommended, but you can (and people have) got by on foot around town while staying at our apartments. Grocery store is about 8 blocks away, Dollar General is 4 blocks.

Jason answered questions/ communicated in a timely manner. The location was very quiet/ appeared safe.
The unit was in disrepair and not very clean. I have pictures, but am unable to attach to this review
