Very good location , suitable for the price

The location is very good in the heart of Brussels near to all museums and palace

We struggled to find the location to get in at night. May suggest a free app called what3words. Please have a look into it as it will make future guests lives a lot easier to find the 24 hour door entry

Given the poor communication, safety issues, and uncomfortable environment, we cannot recommend this property.

There was ac and the shower did have warm water .

Our stay at this property was deeply disappointing and fell far short of basic expectations for comfort and safety. First, finding the location is a challenge, as it is situated inside a run-down mall. Check-in was a frustrating experience: the host did not share entry codes upfront, forcing us to wait around for them to arrive. Entering the property requires navigating an excessive three-tier code system (one for downstairs, one for the hallway, and one for each individual room). To make matters worse, the power on our entire floor went out multiple times (at least three) during our first night. The biggest concern, however, was security and hospitality. The rooms do not lock from the inside, nor do they feature peepholes. Combined with an initial interaction with the host that was confrontational and uncomfortable, we did not feel safe at all. Because of this, my husband had to sleep on the floor blocking the door for both nights of our stay.
