設備、アメニティ、食事、全て完璧です。職員の方と全く顔合わせせず、チェックイン時にリモートで確認事項をお伝えするだけです。例えば温泉旅館で仲居が客の値踏みをしたり、チップを欲しがる仕草を見せる時がありますが、そういうことがありえない仕組みになっています。
駐車場が遠い！高齢者や脚の不自由な人には移動が苦痛です。すでに同様のクレームは何度も出ていると思いますが。早急に対策を考えてください。この宿の唯一の欠点です。

着いたら部屋がすでに暖かくされていて、快適だった
IHヒーターがあるのに、それ用の鍋もフライパンもなかった。スプーン、フォークもなかった。

静かな場所にあり、穏やかにのんびり過ごせました。古民家を改装して客室になっていますが、水回りや電化製品も使いやすく、不便はないです。
清潔でくつろぎやすく、心地よい時間を過ごせました。
ひとつだけ挙げるならば、駐車場が初めてだと少し分かりづらいです。
周りが住宅の狭いところなので、仕方ないですが、お部屋に置いてある駐車場の案内が、事前に分かるとスムーズにチェックイン出来るかなと思います。
その方が、ヴィラの前に車が停まる時間が少なくて済むと思いました。(周りの住民の方々の迷惑にならないため)
