The airy studio is anything but claustrophobic, with large windows and glass sliders allowing natural light to stream into the surprisingly spacious interior. The two full beds offer enough sleeping space for four and a small dining area also seats four. The kitchen is small but packed with everything guests need to cook their favorite meal, including a minifridge, a stovetop, and a microwave often in addition to a coffeemaker. A flatscreen TV, comfortable sofa, and generous bathroom round out this rental’s interior. This unit shines the most with its outdoor space. Sitting directly on Lake Hamilton, the lake views from the windows as well as the private covered patio are stunning. The small two-seat outdoor dining table is the perfect spot to sip freshly brewed coffee and watch the sun rise while the shared community pavilion and charcoal grills and a swim dock is a great way to spend a fun day on the lake. The Hamilton community is centrally located to offer guests easy access to a variety of entertainment options. From national parks where visitors can soak in nature to an exciting casino and everything in between, the area is an ideal spot for a refreshing vacation. Bedroom: 2 Queen Beds | Living Room: Sofa Community: Free access to shared pavilion w/ charcoal grills, covered boat dock, swim dock. Outdoor Living: Private covered patio w/ Lake Hamilton views, 2-seat dining table. Kitchen: Equipped w/ cooking basics, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, coffeemaker, dishware & utensils. Indoor Living: 1 flat-screen TV, 4-seat dining table, comfy sofa. General: Free WiFi, cable/satellite, basic toiletries, hairdryer, linens & towels Parking: Driveway (1 vehicle) House Rules and Policies: - No smoking - No pets allowed - Must be at least 21 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in Please read before booking: Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase. Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. The property itself was good. Our room however was a little less than I had hoped. The blinds were broken so we couldn't close them all the way so we had street lights shining in all night. The heater was extremely loud and also made it a little difficult to sleep.
