Nestled in Rockwell, this charming condo for $79 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Beautiful Condo. Ground floor unit just steps to the lake. BOAT SLIP AVALIABLE. Lovely cove for swimming and fishing. Please note: though this is a ground floor condo their are steps from the parking lot down to the unit. Nicely furnished with a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size tempur-pedic sofa bed. Two full bathrooms makes this condo sleep 2 couples very comfortably. Well stocked kitchen, fully stocked laundry in Unit, Smart tv's with Hulu Live in both rooms. Conveniently located off of 270 bypass, Airport Rd. exit on 70 W. Easy access to OAKLAWN RACE TRACK and BATHHOUSE ROW. Restaurants and entertainment close by. Magic Springs Water & Theme Park just minutes away. Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio while watching the evening sunset. Grill out with the electric grill on the patio or check out Oaklawn Horse Racing and Casino or Downtown Hot Springs, both are very close by. Many Great Dinning and Night Life options very close to the Condo. The lake is great for boating, kayaking, water skiing, and tubing. Unit comes with a designated Boat Slip. Find one of the many lake coves for swimming or swim right out your back door in a great quiet cove. Our Historic downtown offers boutique shopping, Craft Brewery, great restaurants (Rooftop at Waters Hotel offers great views), hot springs baths, massages and facials as well as some great pubs and music venues. Our condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable. It is in a 20 unit complex with plenty of parking. If you have had enough of the sun and outdoors, relax with a movie on TV. Enjoy the Historic Bathhouse Row, or press your luck at Oaklawn Horse Racing and Casino, both a short drive away. High speed Wireless Internet provided. Door Bell camera present for added security.

Great location! It was perfect for out small family. Less than ten minutes from bathhouse row. Close to multiple restaurants. Very spacious with a luxurious feel. You can't beat the peaceful view from the back porch.

This place was amazing. The lake view is very nice here. The condo is exactly as pictured, clean, and comfortable. Everything we needed was there and if anything else was needed shopping was conveniently located just down the road. We'll be coming back here in the future!!

Loved this little condo. But the people upstairs (whom seemed to live there) wind up about 1:30. You hear them banging, stomping, talking and laughing. (Walls must be paper thin!) But it REALLY put a bad taste in our mouth when the cleaning lady showed up at 9:58 and acted shocked that we were still there. We were in the kitchen and she didn’t knock or anything.

What a gorgeous place to stay! Very clean, quiet and peaceful. The location made it convenient to get to downtown, restaurants and just about anything you’d like to do! The owners really paid attention to the small, wonderful details, down to hair spray and a wide arrange spices in the kitchen for the chef in you! We will definitely come back!

Our stay was great. The place was clean and had all the essentials we needed. We had direct access to the lake by walking out back door or door from the bedroom. Bath House Row was about a 10-12 minute drive from the condo but the price of the rental made it well worth it. Highly recommend.

We came to get the change of scenery from flat Texas, and come to the mountains in Arkansas. It was so nice being right on the lake and next to almost everything! We definitely want to come back again and stay here, it was very reasonably priced and great accommodations

My husband and I are in our late 60's and found this condo very accommodating. The bed is super comfy! I would probably add a bed lamp on each side of bed. The kitchen was super stocked with everything we needed...a plus! Furniture was comfortable and TV was great! View out back door was stunning! Will definitely be back!

This was perfect for our stay with our two dogs while we waited to close on our new home. Very comfortable, and had everything we needed. One caveat - this is a lower level condo, which was great with the dogs but the steps down were a bit steep and might be a problem if you have any mobility or balance issues. The location lost one star because the driveway in/out has real visibility issues and the road it's on is very busy.

This is a very clean property in a wonderful location close to all the events. I am a very light sleeper and since this is a condo I brought my white noise generator and I slept like a baby. I give the place 5 stars.

We loved being right on the water, bed was comfy & was pleased with the amount of towels there were. That's a biggie for me. Only a few minor things, like dog hair on the floor which stuck to our socks and neighboring condo had a dog that continuously barked. Overall it was a great time and we will be back.

Started out great. Decent property but owners personal stuff is everywhere. Filthy disgusting old goodwill furniture, bedding, dishes etc. Looked past all of it. Checked out and got a message accusing me of damaging then repairing the damages. Then charged my card for something I did not damage and he wont fix.

Nice condo
My wife and I really enjoyed the nice condo, steps away from Lake Hamilton. We enjoyed several days of fishing off the dock. The kitchen had most of what we needed to prepare our gourmet meals. The second full-bathroom and king-size bed were a definite plus. We really enjoyed the location being close by the bath houses, Sam's Club, Walmart and Starbucks. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks.
