About this condo rental
Situated in North Redington Beach, this lovely condo for $182 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Home away from home where you can take moonlight walks and morning runs on the beach by just going downstairs. Listen to the waves crashing through the balcony doors to the master bedroom and the living room. The unit is fully equipped for a longer stay with extra linens, towels, etc.., You can find many things to do locally if you want but the best part of this completely gated and secured location is that you can also find a secluded spot to relax and remove yourself from everything and no one will bother you while you are sunbathing, reading a book or just relaxing under an umbrella or in the sun. My favorite is sitting by the pool in the evenings with the cool Gulf breeze reading or just relaxing. There is a large stone fireplace/grill and bench area on the side of the Club House for family cookouts and gatherings. Billiard tables, sauna, gym, ping pong tables available for use in the Club House. Many beachfront restaurants within walking distance. Fishing, shopping, sight seeing anywhere you go. John's Pass is about 20 minutes away and Clearwater beach is about 20 minutes away. Redington Shores has one of the widest beaches in the area and Redigton Towers beach is very wide allowing for just about any games you want. On any given day you can see people flying kites, playing Football, Soccer, Frisbee, etc.. without getting in each others way. 2 Volley ball nets on the beach. There is a Seabird Sanctuary just down the beach that is free of charge to visit, mini golf locations North and South and Surf Style shops.

We had a great time. condo had everything we needed with plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfy and the condo was clean. Loved the view of the beach from the balcony. Good restaurants and plenty of shopping close by.

Wonderful location and beautiful condo!
The condo was clean, and plenty of room for the 4 us. The pool was good size and also clean. Everything was lovely. This condo was right on beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the condo for 3 months and really enjoyed it! The condo was just as pictured and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! The grounds are well maintained with plenty of chairs and lounges. The beach is wide, sandy and uncrowded. The overall location of the condo is excellent and close to everything. Wonderful Winter Get Away
We stayed at the condo for 3 months and really enjoyed it! The condo was just as pictured and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! The grounds are well maintained with plenty of chairs and lounges. The beach is wide, sandy and uncrowded. The overall location of the condo is excellent and close to everything. Daryl was very quick to respond to our inquiries. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks, Daryl! We had a great time!!

The 2 bdrm, 2 bath condo overlooking the Gulf was nice- but could be so much more. The complex, the condo and the view are top-notch. Now the bad-the problems- the unit was musty because it was so humid, luckily I found a dehumidifier in the condo and ran it night and day to remove the humidity. Easy fix. There were too many nick-nacks- like a TON. I took many of them and placed them in drawers to remove all the clutter. It looked like grannie should have removed her stuff before they rented the unit. Finally, I had to purchase a few more pillows as there were not enough when people came to visit. The problems could easily be remedied-and this unit could be so much more.

The owner met us at the front gate and gave us a tour of the entire facility. The condo is directly on the beach. We had access to a pool, ping pong, pool table, and weight room. The condo had everything we needed to hand out on the beach, eat dinner in the condo, etc. I had my three teenage sons with me and they loved this place. The location was perfect. We took the elevator to the bottom floor and were at the beach. Lots of cool restaurants and shops to walk to. The owner provided us with a spot to park in the parking garage and with a car we were able to explore the whole Tampa Bay area. The balcony overlooks the ocean so when we were in the condo we sat out there just watching and listening to the ocean. We actually had a family meeting the day before leaving trying to rearrange our schedules to stay longer. We liked this condo and location so much, we were looking to see if any were for sale. We will be back as many times as we can and as soon as we can. Thank you Daryl for everything

Our Incredible trip

Beautiful
We had a great vacation in Daryl’s condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was the same how it was described onsite and even better than in the pictures. Just walk down and you are already on the beach. We enjoyed walking on the shores every morning and swimming in the beach every day . 25-30 minutes driving to Clearwater beach and St. Pete beach. . It’s between St. Pete and Clearwater beach. We visited those beaches as well.,We had an excellent vacation with our family. The condo had everything you needed. I just wanted to give this place a fair review. After reading the previous review, our expectations were not extremely high. But we've stayed at a lot of rental properties and have seen different things. The location of the property is super prime. You just go downstairs and hit the beach. The view is amazing, which was really important for me, since I spent some of the time working from the apartment. Compared to the crazy touristy beaches of Clearwater, the beach in front of the building was pretty much private. Some days it was just us and a couple of other people, and this is during a busy 4th of July weeks. Only on the weekend of the 4th there were groups and parties there. There are few restaurants in walking distance. I agree that apartment complex does have a lot of rules, but I also respect that they are to give the tenants maximum convenience and privacy. You had to use the key to get in and out. The pool and property area were very well maintained. They indeed don't allow floaties at the pool, but it's not very big, and the calm gulf waters are just steps away. We got an assigned parking in the underground garage. The apartment does have a bit dated furniture and some extra clutter, but everything is clean. The décor is very Eastern European. I grew up with such China cabinets and little knitted napkins, so to me it felt at home. =) We liked how it has everything that you may need: chairs, umbrellas, beach toys. We left a few of ours as well. There were plenty of towels sheets, and a large inflatable matrass with a pump that my son used to sleep on, as there were 3 adults and 2 kids in our group. The balcony was my favorite place, and is super super amazing. The other tenants were really nice and helpful. The owner does not live locally, but his sweet mom greeted us and gave us all the instructions. The owner was also responsive and helpful via messages. We would come back again.

IT WAS LIKE STAYING IN A RETIREMENT HOME...I,M GOING TO SAY 99% OF THE RESIDENTS WAS IN THERE 70 AND ABOVE . WENT WITH GRANDCHILDREN WAS NOTALLOW TO HAVE A FLOAT OR ANY TYPE OF TOYS IN THE POOL..SECURTIY CALL THEM OUT OF THE POOL OVER AN INTERCOM WISH EMBARRASSED THEM THAT THEY DIDNT GO BACK TO THE POOL. SHOULDN'T A KID BE ABLE TO GO AND HAVE FUN IN A POOL..NO FLOATS AT ALL...ONLY WHAT WAS APPROVED BY THE 8 BOARD MEMBERS THAT CONTROLLED THE POOL. THERE WAS 8 BOARD MEMBERS FOR EACH BUILDING. THEY HAVE A POOL TABLE IF YOU WANTED TO PLAY POOL YOU HAD TO ASK SURCUITY TO ESCORT YOU AND LET YOU IN AND CALL THEM WHEN YOU WERE THOUGH TO EXCORT YOU OUT...NO PING PONG BALLS FOR THE TABLE...I HAD A CONVERSION VAN THAT I DROVE TO TAKE MY DISABLED DAUGHTER. SECURITY STOPPED ME ON THE 10TH DAY I WAS THERE AND TOLD ME THAT I COULDNT PARK IN THE HANDICAPP PARKING SPACE BECAUSE ONE OF THE BOARD MEMBERS THOUGHT THAT MY VAN WOULD MAKE THE PARKING DECK FALL IN..I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PARK ON THE STREET AND THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY .SO IT TOOK ME AN HOUR IN SECURITY OFFICE TO FIGURE OUT THAT MY VAN WAS THE RIGHT WEIGH LIMIT. THE FIRST DAY WE WAS THERE THE TOLIET HANDLE MADE THE WATER RUN CONTINUOUSLY. HAD TO FIX THE HANDLE EVERYTIME WE USED IT.I FINALLY FIX IT PERMANENTLY.
