Location is excellent for walking the Bishop Arts District.
When I booked it said "plenty" of free parking near the building. There was not a lot of close spaces and most were always taken. Had to park a block away the first night. The code emailed to me didn't work on the door. The host I emailed for help was of no help and it took an hour to get someone on the phone to give me a code that worked

The location/neighborhood was great that’s why we picked this place. Being walkable to cool shops and restaurants was awesome.
It’s called a hotel by name but it’s really just apartments like an air BNB. There isn’t staff there to support with noise complaints (other guests or neighbors cackling through the late night) and there was a cockroach I found in the middle of the night. It was a decent stay but I wouldn’t book it again.
