Would revisit ! wonderful location !

location , size of unit , number of bathrooms , furnishings

floors were not cleaned well enough for our stay , rug in living room needed to be replaced as it was showing a lot of wear and use

Passable

Good general location. Easy to get to many places.

Parking was terrible. I explicitly asked to confirm we would have two parking spaces because we were driving. I was told we would have two spots. When we arrived, we were told the parking is overbooked and we may have to park in overflow, and we would have to pay for that as well. We ended up having to use overflow parking twice.

Nice Condo, bad complex

The condo that we stayed in was nice. Unfortunately, the actual Enclave complex distracted from our experience. The building is quite run down and dirty. My biggest complaint is the lack of parking. Multiple nights, we were forced to park across the highway and PAY FOR PARKING. It was $100 we weren't planning to spend.

Overall a very nice place to stay with plenty of things around to do.

Excellent location. Close to stores like Walmart grocery and Publix. Beach access was awesome. This condo was amazing and had everything we needed to fix our own food and room to relax. Of course this room overlooks the outside pool and beach area. Very short walk to both areas to swim. Indoor heated pool was clean and had restroom facilities in the pool area. Each bedroom had its own bath which was a major plus. Rooms were comfortable and decorated nicely. Would definitely stay here again.

The “guard shack” is nothing more than a small conference room so it was hard to find my parking permits which you definitely need or you will get towed. Parking is very limited and the covered parking is for owners only, so if you don’t have a spot to park you have to call around to find paid parking. In our case we just stayed put because I didn’t want to walk a half mile and pay $15 a night to park my vehicle. Passes don’t guarantee you any parking.

Not what I was expecting based on previous stays at other condos

Location was good, Sat back between buildings so not as far of a view but could still see the ocean and beach. We had an electrical issue, and the response was fairly quick and fixed.

Not as clean as I would expect considering the fee paid for cleaning. the balcony doors had visible expansion foam and did not look clean. The shower door in one of the bathrooms was off track and handle was broke, the toilet seat in another was also broke. needs general maintenance and some upgrading.

we wanted to stay forever!!!!!

We loved the rooms. Location was excellent. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable

this is not a dislike but more a small inconvenience. We did not realize we needed to bring kitchen trash bags (2 for a family of 9 for 3 days?) and toilet paper. Ran out the second day. I know that salt is corrosive and it has affected the patio doors almost beyond use. We adjusted to being able to use only the bottom part of the outlets

We enjoyed ourselves but would have chosen somewhere else if the description was correct.

The condo was great we loved just about everything about it. I liked having extra blankets. Having dishwasher tabs and dish soap was great. The balcony is great. The dining table is beautiful. The decor was on point.

The mattresses are not comfortable. They really need toppers or new mattresses. The description and auto messages of the place need updated. There isn’t a guard. The car passes are in the room already filled out. The description says bowling and putt putt golf. That isnt at the condos. In the description it sounds like it is.

Superb

We have stayed in this condo for 3 years. Would have been 4 but last year was canceled because of the hurricane. Absolutely love the location! Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very spacious 3 bedroom. Always clean. Great ocean view and right above the swimming pool. Would definitely recommend.

Ice maker didn't work. Light was out in two bathrooms. Last night of trip refrigerator quit working. Nobody answered the phone with the numbers we had to call and the mailbox was full.

Book it! You will not regret it!

The location is excellent! Walmart right across the street. Very nice condo. I do recommend it. The view is fantastic!

The only thing I can complain about it, was the lock code for the gate was wrong. But, the property management company was excellent in giving me the correct code. Really there's NO complaints!
