Absolutely ZERO communication with an actual person. Couldn’t get into the unit for more than 40 minutes because door code didn’t work. Tried calling all the numbers/contacts listed multiple times with no success. Someone on staff at the location, with NO affiliation with the rental, was able to reset the door code after he, also, couldn’t reach anyone! He stated “ there’s been issues with that door”. I thanked him for his help. This was the only vacation rental I’ve ever used where no one would respond. Totally unacceptable/unprofessional!! All your “AI” answers were no help and only upset me more. It’s been over 4 days since the issue & I still haven’t heard from a soul. This was my first & last rental with your group!
