Locatie is echt prachtig op 10 minuten rijden van Montepulciano. Mooi pand met enorm zwembad, uitkijkend over de wijnvelden. Leuke zitplekjes. Aardige eigenaar. Fijn dat elke ochtend een wagentje komt met mogelijkheid kopen vers brood. Genoeg parkeerplek. Op 10 minuten loopafstand kan je een reservering maken bij een wijngaard voor een proeverij. En iets verderop ook een klein dorpje met een leuk lokaal restaurant waar ze je ook wijn kunnen laten proeven of gewoon dineren.
Studio voorzien van keukentje incl. oven en klein vriesvakje.
De hoeveelheid muggen, maar dat is onmacht. Neem dus spul mee. In de studio was de ventilator alleen helaas niet voldoende met 33-37 graden buiten.

Todo estaba muy bien
La ubicación es muy buena, queda a poco tiempo de varias ciudades cercanas.
Era amplio, todo extremamente limpio y bien organizado.
En la cocina hay de todo para preparar lo que necesite, hay refrigerador, cocina, lozas etc.
El baño tiene secador de pelo y la ducha tiene buena presión.
La cama es bien buena también.
Lucca el propietario es super amoroso y simpático, y vive ahí mismo caso necesites algo.
Tiene estacionamiento y la piscina es deliciosa para refrescarse fin de tarde después de pasear todo el día.
El paisaje es impresionante, tiene un jardín hermoso rico para disfrutar en pareja o familia.

Bellissimo soggiorno con mia figlia in questa struttura che ha soddisfatto le aspettative. Il posto e' in ottima posizione per visitare la val di Chiana e la val d'Orcia. Il proprietario Luca e' molto gentile e disponibile. Gli ospiti sono stati tutti molto discreti, c'è silenzio e tranquillità. Nella casa e' presente l'aria condizionata e le zanzariere, il caffè e il thè per la colazione e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. si può fare aperitivo fuori di fronte alla piscina, dopo un bagno serale. La pace di questi posti e magica' e la mattina arriva un furgoncino con il pane, le brioches e le focacce fresche. Tornerò sicuramente con il resto della famiglia e il gatto😊

The location of this argiturismo is excellent. The view is amazing as well. We've been to dozens of other locations over the years and this must be the one with the biggest pool. The bus that delivers breakfast around 9 am is a plus too.
The bathroom was appalling. Really bad. There was little to no room to move at all in the shower. During the week, we never had more than lukewarm water. The showerhead was loose and there was no pressure at all.
There is nearly no shadow to be found in the pool area.
We turned off the fridge during the night due to the noise it made.
Some real attention to maintenance is needed here.
