it was situated close enough to where we needed to be
room was ideal for our needs
breakfast was good plenty options
all areas were clean
staff were v friendly and helpful
work going on so looked a bit of a building site in places but cannot be helped if needs doing

nice hotel... lovely room .. good breakfast helpful staff
the location is quite far from centre and tram is not currently running to the hotel site lead to me having a 39 minute walk from tram stop to hotel

Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel was value for money, had good restaurants nearby including supermarkets and bus stop to city. Hotel had food packets onsite and a microwave to heat food.
You cannot take away anything from breakfast room, but it was fair rule. Otherwise everything was as expected.

The room has absolute nothing in it, the bathsink was clogged, water remained on the floor
