Sejour ski a Oz

La décoration design, les chambres très propres et bien entretenues, le personnel aux petits soins, serviable et agréable, l espace sauna piscine/hammam, les massages d excellente qualité.

L isolation des chambres, l emplacement qui n esg pas au pied des pistes, le local a ski a l exterieur de l hôtel et tjs loin des pistes! La carte du resto un peu décevante et chère.

We enjoyed our stay here although it was small and could have done with a bigger apartment and better view with us stayi

The property was clean and did the job. The facilities were also clean and quiet most of the time. All staff were lovely and could speak English.

The apartment we had was on the ground floor and was quite noisy with trucks parking in front in the mornings blocking our Mountain View. The space was small even for 3 of us, with no storage space except for the double bedroom. The floors and walls were very thin so we could hear everything. The sauna which was included in our stay was either not working at all or poorly working everyday.

Great location, stunning views. Friendly staff.

Kept awake until 3.30AM on the first night by loud music near the hotel (but notteally the fault of the hotel). Decor a bit tired.

Good enough

Stayed during summer. Quiet location. Nice view from restaurant area. Good breakfast. They were kind enough to serve breakfast way earlier than usual.

Room decoration quite poor, quite dark. Could be way more confortable. Dinner could be better (and cheaper).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Timberlodge and hope to return next year. The room was very nice.

I loved the location of the hotel and our room. The hotel staff were very nice. Thank you to Gabin in the restaurant who was so friendly and polite to us

I would have liked some scrambled egg and bacon a couple of days for breakfast as it was the same food every day

A pleasant stay

Excellent location, a few steps from the gondola, indoor pool, good coffee at breakfast, very kind staff.

Poor Wi-Fi in the rooms, the rooms are not very well soundproofed.

Cozy hotel !

the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room is quite big with a mountain view. very close to the main slope and ski lift of Oz. We loved the bar and the restaurant. the breakfast was nice

- very noisy (badly soundproofed). We heard the neighbors like they’ve been talking in our room. - its not the property’s fault but we had a room against the city side. 3rd floor becomes street level (building opposite, footpaths, ski slopes). So the room is too overlooked. - no chairs enough for a family room (only one available). need to sit on the grown sometime. - we had to ask for soap gel replenishment after cleaning the room.

Great location, good facilities and fair value for money. A few small improvements would make a great difference.

Central location perfect for ski school, spacious room for family of 5 with great balcony view, pool with steam room and sauna

The room wasn’t cleaned or made up every day. Breakfast proved to be quite expensive for a basic continental affair especially for family of five. The ski room is not heated and nowhere to dry wet ski boots. The bathroom had no showerhead holder fitted for a handsfree stand up shower in the bath.

Decent ski-in/ski-out hotel

Ski-in/ski out location. Pool and sauna. Well kept building. Friendly staff.

Room with black walls gives it a sad mood. Very noisy room right next to a pub. Dusty. No place to dry ski boots. Dirty carpet. Shower is too small and not convenient. Trash left behind from previous guests. Expensive breakfast and food, no vegan options. Disappointing that for 100 euros a night you get probably the worst room in the hotel.
