The staff were very attentive, communicated really well and responded quickly.
The room was small but cozy, lovely balcony overlooking the street and the inner yard.
The location was perfect, 5 minute walk from nearest underground and 15 minutes walk to milano centrale
Coffee pods and tea provided, oil, salt and foil if needed for cooking
Washing machine available for usage, although no laundry liquid/capsules available.
The owner accommodated early check in and late check out, made sure check in process was smooth.
The bed mattress was a bit worn out, the sofa bed was very noisy.
Although the studio was clean, we found shaved hair around the bathroom sink which introduced doubt about the hygiene of the rest of the flat.

Entra mucho ruido por las ventanas.
Sofa cama y almohadas duras.
Piloto del sistema anti humos no para de encenderse constantemente por lo que hace que descansar sea complicado.
