About this house rental
At the Evergreen Escape in Linville Land Harbor, there is something for everyone and every season. Relax with the whole family on our spacious deck, go fishing in the lake or river, hike around the community, splash in the pool, play in the playgrounds or the game room, or play a few holes of golf! Ski slopes, snow tubing, and the Blue Ridge Parkway are within 15 minutes drive. Pet friendly.
The home is located on a large lot, on a quiet one-way loop. Tucked in among the rhododendrons.
On the main level, you’ll find a “guest suite” with 1 bedroom (king-sized bed), living room, with full kitchen and 1 bedroom (twin side beds). The lower level has another living room area and 1 bedroom (queen-sized bed).
Guests have access to Linville Land Harbor’s heated outdoor pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day), lake beach and swimming area, kayaks and paddle boats, dog park, and golf (for a fee).
The home is pet friendly and is a great place to relax and have fun!
There is a pin pad on the main door. You will receive the code once you have a confirmed reservation.

We love staying in this house when we come and visit. It has plenty of room, it's clean, great location, and we love the large covered deck. The owners did great with communication and we hope to come back soon. We love the area. It's our favorite place to vacation. It's absolutely beautiful!

Great place for some time in the mountains. We missed our home at Beech mt We had to clean all the dishes before we could use them still a great place. Only thing that would have made it better was a day with out rain. It looks like you are doing a lot of work to make it better still we would give it a 10 hope to make it back next year would love to return

Had my elderly in-laws with us. I was concerned about my FIL’s mobility. We had no problem with his access to the property. Really friendly for elderly folks. Clean property and easy access
