We stayed here for 10 days and it was the perfect place for us. Older complex but very clean and tidy. Very comfortable king bed, nice bedding and though we brought our own pillows as we do when we travel theirs were nice too. Could have used a few more kitchen items like pot holders, utensils.View from balcony was lovely, had my coffee and read my book each morning before heading out for the day to visit the Historic Triangle of Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. All of which we loved. Also took the free ferry across the James River to Surrey to see some historic sites there and ate at the Surrey Seafood Company-awesome food!! Communication with owners was easy, Rodica responded to our questions quickly and access was easy once the code was provided after cleaning was done. Pictures accurate except for “The Lobby”… either it’s not the Resort lobby or it’s an old picture as the resort lobby didn’t look that way. We did not go to the spa so maybe it’s the spa lobby, but that lobby picture has nothing to do with the condo itself. 3rd floor outside walk up was not bad. No pool access… which we also did not know until we read another. There is a small beach at the Marina for guests. We ate dinner at the James River Landing restaurant at the marina. Delicious and great views. Overall a great location, perfect accommodations for me and my husband for our stay in Williamsburg. Would recommend this condo to a couple. Thank you!

It was a great spot to stay during graduation. We enjoyed the views and option to be able to be away from all the hustle and bustle on campus. Being on resort with the option of going to the restaurants was very nice and the owner was very good to work with.

First property was in hotel in resort, but that was on 3rd fl with no elevator and showed amenities that we found out were not available to us. No golf, pool, restaurant no bar. You switched us to another to 2nd flr walkup. Fairly nice, but spiders, crawling bugs from old porch, screen door off track kept falling off, and loaded with dead bugs. I have a phobia for spiders and all bugs. Everything else fairly clean. Furniture good
