The condo was very clean and Debbie was very helpful with communication and allowing an early check in. The check in process couldn't have been more simple for our family. The location is perfect for anyone with little kids or anyone wanting a community feel to their stay. The beach closet was well stocked with everything we needed to meet friends on the beach, minus an umbrella. Things to note- bring your own beach towels, those are not included. Also, we had to make our own beds, including a bunk bed. Had I known that, I would have booked somewhere else. I find making bunk beds to be miserable. Also, the pillows were less than ideal but we remedied the situation by ordering some from same day Wal-Mart delivery. So it's a great place to stay, safe and clean. I just recommend bringing your own pillows and sheets, since you have to make your own bed anyway. And don't forget beach towels.

Great condo in a great community. Very clean and well stocked. Close to Marisols store, which made for convenient coffee runs. Our two small kids loved the private bay beach and pool, which is a short/easy walk away. Would stay again for sure!

We had a great stay. Sunset Island is a great community. Extremely clean and there was a lot of places nearby to walk to. Our condo was very clean. The property manager was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. Definitely going back!
