About this house rental
Situated in Lincoln, this lovely house for $154 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. A newly remodeled 3-bedroom home in the heart of Lincoln, NE. Midcentury modern accents gives this home a familiar charm. Sleeps up to 10 comfortably. Fully outfitted kitchen for baking or family meals. Beautiful coffee bar stocked with a wide variety of coffees and teas from our favorite local coffee house. Cleanliness and availability to our guests are our priority. We live in the adjoining duplex, so we're generally immediately available should you need something. You will enjoy a nice, comfortable space with a 4-season sunroom and giant television. Two full-sized bathrooms + one half bath and a washer/dryer stocked with a variety of laundry soaps and dryer sheets. Located in quiet east central Lincoln, you're just a few minutes drive from pretty much anywhere in town. Close to Holmes Lake, Lancaster County Event center, 10-12 minutes from south Lincoln or Downtown.

We stayed in this VRBO while visiting family in Lincoln, Nebraska. We loved it's central location to our family, grocery stores, and shopping. It was so quiet and everyone had their own space. Erica was super easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this VRBO!

We got such a kick out of this fun retro house! It’s hard to say what my kids liked most- the giant bunk room, the candy bowl, or the record player! It was cute, clean, and had plenty of space for our group of 8. The owner lives in the neighborhood and was super prompt checking on us and making sure we had everything we need.

Our family of 5 stayed for 4 nights in August 2022. It was such a great stay for all of us. Everything was super clean, beds were comfortable, and very quiet. Communication was great on how to check in or when we needed anything. The entire place has a great flow and is very welcoming and comfortable. The a/c works great as we were there during really hot, hot days. The coffee/tea bar was amazing to have. Everything we needed was supplied. I highly recommend this place and would stay again. One of our best rental experiences in the past 10+ years.

The place is as advertised if not better. Erica was so helpful and accommodating and she is at least half the reason why we are going back next year for the roller skating championships again. This property really stands out in this area especially if you have a large party >5.

This property is fabulous. From the coffee/tea bar to the fully stocked kitchen to the bathrooms to the (and this is most important) very comfortable beds. When we come to Lincoln, we will absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!
The house was extremely clean and organized, which was appreciated overall, but especially in the kitchen and coffee bar. Erica was a very friendly hostess and went above and beyond with extra touches of filled candy dishes and fresh flowers! The neighorhood is safe and walkable, with easy access to other locations in South Lincoln. We recommend this property without reservation!

My family loved our time here!
Great place for a family stay. Comfy beds in three bedrooms that sleeps probably ten people. Very well stocked kitchen. Nice gas fireplace in one living room, which was nice on the cold winter nights. Owner is very nice, met us and gave us a tour so we knew where everything was.

Absolute Perfection!
My husband and I stayed here when we came back for a visit. I wanted a place that felt like home and could be a central landing pad for my friends and family to visit me while I was in the area. This house was perfect and very affordable! I loved the layout and much of the house has been renovated and is beautifully decorated. Lots of room for folks to hang out (living room, kitchen, back porch, patio). Every amenity was available, just like home! Erica was great and nearby if needed but let us have our privacy. The neighborhood is lovely and very quiet. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great stay, pictures don't do it justice!
My family loved our stay here. The pictures don't really show how spacious and well-laid out the space is. Each bedroom has an access to its own toilet and sink. Two have access to a shower. The beverage bar was well-stocked with local tea and coffee options. We would definitely stay again!

What an amazing experience
We stayed at the house for 4 days as we were there for our daughter's college graduation. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the space, the coffee bar and the huge TV. Erica insisted that we use the patio next door for our small party and we are so glad we did. It felt like home. Everything in the house is top notch. I highly recommend this host!

The house was set up to be very welcoming and had everything we needed for a week stay. The retro decor is super fun and the coffee bar with local coffee was awesome. The host was awesome and communication was excellent. There were plenty of beds and space and we had a very comfortable stay!

Perfect for a family and college visit
Beautiful space for multi-generational family to socialize and spread out as needed over a long weekend visit with our UNL student. It is a convenient location with easy access to stores, parks/walks, and UNL. It was also stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. We especially enjoyed the coffee bar in the morning and the outdoor patio for an evening barbecue. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for place to visit the area and have a wonderful place to unwind after activities. We've stayed in many vrbo's and this is the best one in terms of well- designed space and cleanliness.

This was my first time renting on VRBO, so I don’t have anything to compare it against - and still, I’m absolutely certain this experience was “above and beyond” the normal stay. Everything about the listing is 100% accurate - even somewhat understated. For instance, when it says “sleeps 10”, they mean “in actual, comfortable beds” - not pullout couches or air mattresses. The towels provided are “bath sheets”. The listing at the time stated 3 bedroom/ 2 bath, but there was a bonus third little 1/2 bath off an upstairs bedroom! I booked a landing space for 3 generations of our family to enjoy a weekend together as my college-age son had activities in the area that weekend and was celebrating a birthday that Monday. When my son’s event was pushed up due to weather, our hosts allowed us to advance our 2-night stay forward on their calendar. And when my retired parents had a hankering to grill burgers for the kiddo’s birthday, our hostess went out and bought a new grill! I tell you, I was hesitant to write a review and admit how amazing they were to us, because I didn’t want to set them up to have to bend over backwards for all future guests. I know Lincoln is known for hospitality, but Erica went above and beyond in every possible way to make our family feel at home in this beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean home. I haven’t seen my mom so relaxed in a long time - if ever! Thank you so much for that gift!

Perfect stay!
A friend and I stayed here for 9 nights, while in Lincoln during the end of Feb-beginning of March. It fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The beds were comfortable. The linens were new and clean. The washer and dryer were an added bonus! The house was immaculate. The neighborhood was safe and lovely and lent itself well to afternoon walks. Erica, the owner, was readily available and would respond immediately if we ever needed anything. I would not hesitate to book this home again next time I visit Lincoln. So glad we decided to stay there rather than a hotel. It was everything and more that we needed it to be for our trip. Thank you!
