About this house rental

Situated in North Beach Haven, this charming house for $479 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This is a five bedroom, three bathroom ocean block house on LBI, with heat and central air conditioning. We have two separate family rooms, large rooftop deck, outdoor shower and driveway parking. We are a short walk to the beach, ACME grocery store, and many restaurants. New outdoor patio and covered porch with fan to relax on the summer nights. We have stunning ocean and bay views from the rooftop deck. Six beach badges are included with the rental for use of the beach. Children 12 and under do not require a beach badge. * Guests are responsible for providing their own sheets/linens and towels. Extra pillows, quilts and shower towels are available for guests to use during their stay. During the peak season we do one week rentals Friday to Friday to avoid the Saturday turnover traffic.

Joyous family event . We came to LBI for a family wedding. The rental was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, appreciated the beach chairs provided. We had happy hour on the rooftop and watched the sunset. The two sitting areas were nice when some wanted to visit while others watched TV. Close to grocery and many restaurants. Ample hot water. I appreciated John’s timely responses to any questions we had. We would definitely come again!

The house was beautiful and the location to the beach was perfect for us. Roof top deck is a nice bonus! Communication with host John was exceptional.

This property is beautiful and on the beach block which was great for walking to the beach and allowing my children outside to play knowing they're weren't cars speeding up and down the street. The outdoor shower was large and a huge asset to have after a long beach day. A few things that we feel could be upgraded are the beds/ mattresses (some frames were extremely cheap and flimsy and the mattress were extremely hard and uncomfortable) and the window treatments around the house. There were practically no shades/ blinds/ curtains anywhere in the main areas of the house so it was very easy for people to see inside the house at all times. The shades in the bedrooms were extremely thin and once the sun came up in the mornings the rooms were flooded with light. It's much easier to sleep in with some room darkening shades. All in all, the house was beautiful and my family and friends had a wonderful stay. Thank you John!

Our extended family of 9 had a wonderful week at the beach. The house is a short walk to the beach, grocery store and ice cream. The beautifully decorated house was comfortable and fit our dining and leisure activities. John was quick with his response time throughout the booking, check-in and trouble shooting process.

John's home gave us (6 adults) all that we were looking for: - comfortable beds - full kitchen & outdoor grille (we put them to use!) - rooftop deck for viewing sunrises & sunsets - enclosed garage to safely keep our bicycles and other gear - 2-minute walk to the ocean with a large, sandy beach Thanks, John. My husband and I decided to book a last minute extended weekend getaway. The owner was quick to respond to my email, and was able to get us booked on short notice. The owners are extremely communicative and very accommodating. We love this home, it is our favorite on the block! The home was immaculate. The location is great, just a few houses from the beach entrance. We were able to walk a few short blocks for ice cream at the Skipper Dipper, and the grocery store is near by as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location on LBI. Great location for kids to access beach. No need to cross roads. House was clean with updated bathroom and rooftop deck. Owner is friendly and extremely responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
