Spacious backyard. Grill provided. Front porch (partially enclosed). Three bedrooms/1.5 bath - Main bath has a shower and a separate tub. Take advantage of the close proximity to downtown restaurants and shopping. Stop at House of Flavors for amazing ice cream. Take a hike on one of the many trails at the Ludington State Park. Watch The Badger come in at sunset. Walk the pier to the lighthouse. Watch the incredible sunsets from Stearns Beach! Have a picnic at one of the city parks or water spray park. My husband and I rented this house with our two small children. The space was perfect for what we needed (separate bedrooms for us and the kids, room for the kids to play, separate bathrooms, etc!). The house was very clean, located right down the street from the famous House of Flavors restaurant, and close to so many other attractions for kids and adults (Children’s Museum, Library, Ludington Kid’s Clubhouse, Chalkheadz gymnastics place, downtown). Mark was also great to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for a great stay, Mark!

A very nice house in an amazing neighborhood. The front porch was the best. Perfect location to everything!! Had great food and good times. Loved the BBQ in the backyard as well. We will definitely be back

The owner Mark was prompt and helpful when questions were asked. The house was within walking distance to downtown and the beach. We had a great time hiking and walking down the pier at the beach to go up in the lighthouse. It was a great trip and I would stay there again.

The house is VERY clean, well stocked, and spacious. The neighborhood is terrific within walking distance to the park and shopping. We were moving from another rental to this house, and Mark dropped off a cooler to us so we could easily move our food - above and beyond. After check in Mark messaged asking if the space met our expectations, which was great. Definitely recommend. Thank you!!!

The house is in a nice neighborhood and within walking distance to downtown attractions. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the nice porch and backyard. Plenty of space for two families. It has all of the things you need for nice stay.
We also had great communication with the host.

Great home base for adventures in Ludington, especially for large families/groups. Very few options like it. Close to everything. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen. We were especially impressed with the host, Mark, who was responsive and accommodating. We immediately grabbed the house for next year, same weekend.

We loved our stay. Kids enjoyed the fenced in yard and the fooseball table. We loved being close enough to walk to everything, beach, dinner, ice cream, playgrounds, marina. The house was nicely updated and had everything we needed even a cooler and ice packs for our beach day picnics. We will stay here again! Thank you!

Mark was very gracious and because there was a snow storm coming. Allowed us to come in earlier than the set times so we wouldn’t have to travel through the storm. We all arrive and got settled in the space was very comfortable. Lots of sleeping beds for 7 guests. Updated home in a nice residential neighborhood. My family Walked to Stearns park from the home and enjoyed the beautiful beautiful sunset. Mark sent a text the next morning to see how things were for first night and they were just great beds slept wonderful, and everything was pleasant, nice for us to celebrate my 80th birthday. The next afternoon, my whole family went to the Ludington State Park and walk the lost lake trail, which is my favorite culminating the day in a wonderful way we took our grandchildren to the children’s park down by the condos. Thank you Mark for hosting my family for my 80th birthday.

We were very pleased with this property! It was very neat and clean, not to mention, nicely decorated and it suited our needs perfectly. Contact with the owner was easy and practical. The house is a great location to the beach, downtown and is a nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely choose this place a again for another visit to Ludington. :)
