This home is carefully designed apartment compliments any type of occasion for your stay. Traveling professionals are also welcome! A small study area has also been provided for those who either work from home or enjoy surfing the net in their free time. The space This apartment is professionally cleaned to meet COVID-19 standards between each guest! This rare find is perfect for a romantic getaways, intimate family time, tourists, traveling professional, etc. No matter what your need for coming to the area is, this space is perfect for you. Outside of enjoying this modern styled getaway home, you are only a few miles away from entertainment and restaurants of your liking. There are so many options! As your host, my goal is to provide an experience that you'll never forget! Guest access Guest will have access to the entire apartment (Unit 2) Other things to note ***This apartment is professionally cleaned to meet COVID-19 standards between each guest reservation!*** Kitchen: Please feel free to indulge in all non-perishable items in the kitchen area. A crockpot, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, waffle maker and more are also available to our guest. This home is fully stocked with kitchen basics. However, there are other special appliances/cooking gadget that can be provided upon the guests’ request after the booking is finalized. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with cooking oil, salt, pepper, glassware, pots, pans, silverware and dishware. The small dining area is where we recommend guests to enjoy their meals. This fine dining set can seat up to 4 people to enjoy a nice cooked meal or take-out of their choice. Guest are provided with complimentary breakfast (eggs, biscuits and milk) and a starter pack of water. Living Room: The living room area has become our guests’ favorite place in the apartment. This modern style living room area is not only great for relaxing but can be used to read, meditate, yoga, etc. There is also a 55” ROKU Smart TV available for guests to use. Guest are able to log into their own streaming subscription apps to enjoy home away from home. Bathroom: Guests are provided with top quality washcloths and towels. In cases where our guests have forgotten their basic toiletry necessities, a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and makeup wipes are provided in the bathroom. There is also additional towels and washcloths in the cabinet. Bedrooms: Each bedroom has a queen size bed with four high-quality/plush pillows and floor length mirrors. Each closet will have an extra set of bedding sheets, washcloth and towel. The second bedroom has a small study area (desk and chair) and also an iron and ironing board in the closet area. Parking: Parking is FREE! Guest may park in the gravel parking lot behind the building or across the street from the address in the open parking area. The parking lot is shared with the rest of our neighbors. Please do not block anyone in. What a great space! The extras really made it even better. The beds were comfortable, everything so neat and clean, and expected clean up work was minimal. I would definitely stay here, again!

The unit looks just like the pictures, clean and very well stocked with kitchen items. The white shades are paper so you can’t open them, which is probably fine since the place sits just feet from a very busy road so not what a person would want to look out at. Overall we were comfortable and there was a cool brewery kitty corner from the place. We wouldn’t stay again though. The street noise was constant and a few maintenance items should be addressed.

Check in and out process was very smooth, our host Tiana was super helpful and also very friendly! The place is cute and decorated, all the little touches go a long way. The beds, pillows and sheets were SO comfy and I wanted to make that known! Thank you so much!

The apartment was very nice, aesthetically pleasing, very well equipped and comfortable. Downside was noise from upstairs tenant and inability to have natural light at windows. The location was near to conveniences but not on a great street.

Spent 3 night there and it was very comfortable. I like the simple design with 0 clutter. All dishes and utensils were supplied so we could cook while we were there. It was a convenient location (east in east out).

The host was very easy to communicate with. Check in and check out we’re smooth no easy. We loved the space and the proximity to downtown Concord. Everything was clean and there were amenities that we were not expecting. We had a great weekend and staying here was a huge part of that. We will definitely be back!

We traveled to Mt Pleasant and to Gold Hill. This place in Concord was centrally located. The condo was quaint! Nicely decorated. We slept in the far-back bed and it was so comfy! I loved the little extras the owner put out for her guest! We would certainly stay again when we visit the area.
