Nestled in Kannapolis, this lovely condo for $145 per night is a great option for your next break. This delicately maintained property is located in downtown Concord, NC. This smoke-free, carefully designed and furnished apartment compliments any type of occasion for your stay. Traveling professionals are also welcome! This apartment is professionally cleaned to meet COVID-19 standards between each guest. Kitchen Area: Please feel free to indulge in all non-perishable items in the kitchen area. A crockpot, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, waffle maker and more are also available to our guest. This home is fully stocked with kitchen basics. However, there are other special appliances/cooking gadget that can be provided upon the guests’ request after the booking is finalized. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with cooking oil, salt, pepper, glassware, pots, pans, silverware and dishware. The small dining area is where we recommend guests to enjoy their meals. This fine dining set can seat up to 4 people to enjoy a nice cooked meal or take-out of their choice. Guest are provided with complimentary breakfast (eggs, biscuits and milk) and a starter pack of water. Living Room Area: The living room area has become our guests’ favorite place in the apartment. This modern style living room area is not only great for relaxing but can be used to read, meditate, yoga, etc. There is also a 55” ROKU Smart TV available for guests to use. Guest are able to log into their own streaming subscription apps to enjoy home away from home. Bathroom Area: Guests are provided with top quality washcloths and towels. In cases where our guests have forgotten their basic toiletry necessities, a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and makeup wipes are provided in the bathroom. There is also additional towels and washcloths in the cabinet. Bedrooms: Bedrooms: Each bedroom has a queen size bed with four high-quality/plush pillows and floor length mirrors. Each closet will have an extra set of bedding sheets (depending on length of stay), washcloth and towel. There is also an iron and ironing board in the closet area. Parking: Guest may park in the gravel parking lot behind the building or across the street from the address in the open parking area. The parking lot is shared with the rest of our neighbors. Please do not block anyone in. There is a possibility that early check-in and/or late-checkout could be available. Please inquire if you may need this accommodation once your booking is confirmed. However, fees apply: Early check-in time 2:30pm Early check-in fee $40.00 Late check-out time 12:30pm Late check-out fee $40.00 ***This accommodation will not be honored if requested during the time of your stay.*** Concord is a town in North Carolina. Traveling by car is very convenient in this area. However, Lyft and Uber services are available to guests’ discretion. There are also local breweries, wineries, pastry shops and more just walking distance of the apartment. Grocery stores, health facilities are only a few miles for this location. My husband is kind of a hotel snob so we don’t typically do rentals. Our family lives in Concord and I wanted to be close during the Thanksgiving holiday so we could maximize time. This home was absolutely perfect for the 3 of us. Everything was clean and stocked and the check in/check out process was so easy. There was even orange juice and other items in the refrigerator! This was such a pleasant surprise and so close to our family that we will definitely be looking to rent again in the future!

Condo was extremely CLEAN, WELL STOCKED with everything like spices, butter, oatmeal, etc. Modern, beautiful decor. Eggs, biscuits, milk and water in fridge were a nice touch. Bedding crisp and comfortable. Walls were extremely thin and could hear every move/word from people and dog upstairs. Sectional in listing is not what is in condo. Had problems with tv-response time in dealing with tv was slow and then we were asked to go buy our own batteries. Close to downtown.Gianni's Trattoria is a must for dinner.

I stay with VRBO about once or twice a year, and this had to be the most fully stocked VRBO I've ever stayed in. It even had eggs! I don't know if that's a regular thing. I was worried about location and parking, but was surprised that it was quiet and there was plenty of parking. It had nice, modern amenities and was near our family in Concord. I'll definitely look this place up when I come back into town.

We arrived Christmas eve evening, got a call from our neighbors the evening of Christmas day (exactly 24 hrs from when we arrived) saying we had a water line bust at home. Left early the next morning. Lost our entire trip cost. Liked location and will come back to stay another time.

This place was beautiful and well stocked to make our trip easier! The washer and dryer, in unit, is a must with a family! We were in town to do NASCAR stuff and it was conveniently located. Downtown Concord was very cute with some beautiful historic homes. We would highly recommend a stay here for our friends and family.

You enter the apartment into the combined kitchen, living room, and eating area which is quite modern and large. The space has a very nice feel to it. Down the hall are 2 large bedrooms with the large bathroom in between. The washer and dryer are in the bathroom. The apartment has everything you might need from an amenity perspective. I would def stay here again.

Enjoyed our long weekend stay in Concord. Great location, clean, quiet and comfortable. One wish - a skillet in the kitchen. As a group we enjoy making breakfast together before we start our daily adventures was challenging without a skillet.

The property sits on a main road and is easy to find...very clean and decorated beautifully. The breakfast items provided was a great a touch considering breakfast is what I look for in a hotel...walking distance to a pub/restaurant and downtown..grocery store and family dollar close too...my only downfall was the fact I could hear what was going on in the living room from the back bedroom...so sleeping in wasn't an option...otherwise a great place to stay

I was here with my daughter for a dsnce competition and this place was only 10 minutes aways. It was cozy and had all the amenities you would need. Property owner was easy to contact and had quick responses to any messages I sent before and during the stay.

My husband and I were in the area to watch races at the Charlotte Dirt Track. The apartment was a perfect location. Everything we could've needed was close; restaurants, shopping, the race track. It was impeccably clean. The beds were comfortable. It was well stocked with all the essentials. The owner even had eggs, biscuits, milk and water in the fridge to start you out. The washer and dryer is a must have after a night at the dirt track!
