Located in Wild Dunes, this attractive condo for $325 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Come spend your vacation at the beautiful Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms. Our 2nd floor condo is the perfect spot for a beach vacation with walkable beach access. This Isle of Palms location is close to the beautiful city of Charleston as well. The living room boosts comfortable furniture and a view of the lagoon. The kitchen is newly renovated with new cabinets, new countertops and is well stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals for dining in. Bedrooms are large and have plenty is sleeping space. One bedroom has 2 queen beds and the other bedroom has a king bed. Both bedrooms have their own beautifully renovated full bathroom and balcony with furniture to enjoy the lagoon view. Lagoon Villas beach access is .03 miles and the pool is even closer. Wild Dunes also offers plenty of activities for the sport enthusiast. Golf, tennis, bike riding the trails and boat rentals at the marina are all great options. Downtown Charleston is a short drive away where visitors enjoy horse drawn carriage tours of our beautiful city and stop in any of the amazing restaurant options that Charleston is known for. There are so many great restaurants downtown and we would be happy to offer recommendations. My husband and I purchased this condo last March and have been working very hard to get it renovated and we love how cozy it is now. We are thrilled to call this villa our home as well and have enjoyed the quiet beach community of Wild Dunes. The restaurants are a quick walk away as is the beach. When we are not staying in the villa we are close by in Mount Pleasant and I am always reachable.

Owners were responsive and condo was as advertised and what we expected. Informed us of necessities we need to bring. Pool are was spacious and plenty of room. I think rentals were down when we checked in but picked up later in the week. Was a loud party inextricably door one night but no fault of the owners. Overall a great stay

Robin and Mark were very communicative during our stay. The place was very clean and perfect for us. The area was quiet with lots of parking. Overall it was great! Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful, newly renovated condo. Had everything we needed and very comfortable. Short walk to beach. On site pool was nice and quiet compared to nearby hotel pool. Owners very easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, this property is perfect for two couples. It was nice to have two bathrooms and a common area to share. A couple of things that could be changed or added.. the rug in the living room is a trip hazard. There are no wash clothes provided anywhere, bathrooms or kitchen.. the wild Dunes is a really nice area to be with many amenities. It was a great trip! Thank you for sharing your space.

We stayed at the Richmyers delightful condo overlooking a lagoon for 3 nights and had a great time. It’s a short walk to the beach and pool and was convenient to Charleston and many amenities. It is, newly redecorated and nicely done. . The beds were very comfortable with nice linens as well. We highly recommend this happy find. Also, the owners were welcoming and very responsive to our questions.

The property was in a great, walkable location to the pool, beach, and Wild Dunes amenities. It was exactly as pictured, maybe bigger in real life. Robin and Mark were wonderful in allowing an outside company to set up a crib before our arrival. It made our stay seamless with two little kids ages 4 and under. We were also able to check in a little early as well. The kitchen was well stocked, the condo was clean, and the space was generous. Would easily stay here again! Thank you Robin and Mark!

This is a beautiful condo with a phenomenal location, and has all the comforts of home. For a family of 5, there was plenty of room. This home was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. The only issue was that we didn’t have more time at the Isle of Palm.

We loved our stay this week! We were in town for a wedding and needed to be close to several wedding week locations. My children and I were very comfortable. The setting was safe, the house was updated & well decorated with just the right amount of space for us. I was pleasantly surprised for the first time in quite a while with a house rental. Highly recommend.

The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. The condo was close to the pool and beach. The restaurants at Wild Dunes were great for a shorter stay but the condo is not close to grocery stores or other restaurants so if a visitor does not have a car, this may present a problem. However, for a longer stay, instacart would solve that. Calling an uber or lift will also help navigate around the island. We were not able to schedule an uber back to the airport but only waited about 15 minutes for our driver to arrive. So perfect stay.
