Room was great and quiet from hallway noise. Was easy to get around the property. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The AC units were so loud every time that they kicked on it was difficult to sleep. The shower door didn’t keep water in the shower very well. The check in process was very chaotic and I did not like that we had to use the valet. It is challenging to unload 5 peoples belongings quickly into one single cart while the valet is waiting to take your car away. We had to call our car back up as soon as we got to our room because we still needed things. The daily parking fee is also exorbitant.
