About this cottage rental
Nestled in Wildwood, this charming cottage for $150 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Just 1.5 blocks from the beach, Morey's Pier and a short walk to the convention center location is ideal!. Villa di Viggiano apt #2 is a spacious 2nd level cottage with a private porch to enjoy morning coffee or a good book in the sun. Ground level fenced outdoor eating area with tables and 2 grills is available for use by all of the cottage renters and a perfect spot for family gathering and outdoor dining. Off street parking is available for the convenience of loading and unloading only. Inside has hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen and seating for indoor dining as well. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax in airconditioned comfort, using free wi-fi and cable. 2 bedrooms include queen bed, 2 twins and a pull out single offers plenty of room for 5.. You can rent this wonderful cottage alone or rent all 4 apartments to make the perfect spot for a family reunion. For protection of our guests there is video monitor aimed away from the building which views the base of the plaza stairways.

Our recent stay at your shore house in Wildwood, NJ was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in close proximity to the vibrant boardwalk and the serene beach, the location of the house was ideal for a perfect vacation.
The house was equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free.
The proximity to the boardwalk meant we had easy access to a variety of entertainment options. The lively atmosphere, combined with the array of shops and eateries, ensured there was never a dull moment.
Just a stone’s throw away from the house was the beautiful beach. The convenience of being able to take a short walk to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf was truly a luxury.
The house itself was well-maintained and clean, with all amenities functioning perfectly.
In conclusion, our stay at this shore house was an excellent location, coupled with the well-equipped and comfortable house, therefore we would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation.

The apartment was adorable. Clean,.fresh, comfortable and within walking distance of the boardwalk. Everything we needed was there. The only challenge we had was parking. We had to drive around the block several times and ultimately parked away from the apartment in a paid spot.

This property was amazing. Easy to find, easy to access and very clean. The boardwalk is really close to 3-4 minute walk. Parking is definitely difficult. You can park on the street, if you can find one or you have to pay the meter. Which can get pricey. Overall, I would definitely stay again. My family and I are very happy.

The only thing is we had no electric the 1st night of our stay and since we didn’t think of preparing for this it was so hard to navigate without a source of light. Our phones died prematurely due to this. A flash light could have saved the day.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was exactly as pictured and Frank was very prompt with replies to questions, etc. The unit was very clean and had plenty of room for a family of four. It’s also in a great location. A very short walk to the convention center and boardwalk. As noted by other reviewers, street parking can be a challenge during busy times, one of the twin beds should be replaced, and the queen bedroom could benefit from some curtains to block the morning sun. Overall, we were happy with the unit and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

One night in WW with friends
This property is ok, nothing special. The air conditioning was lagging quite a bit due to a really dirty filter. The PM promptly came over and cleaned the filter and it eventually cooled down. Beds are not very comfy and comfy quite loud and squeaky. It was fine for a one night stay but probably wouldn’t go beyond that for the price.

The property was fairly represented on VRBO. It was clean, comfortable for 2 adults and 3 children. The location is the plus, as it is on the southern beginning of the boardwalk piers. We did not cook, so we did not look to see if the necessary essential kitchenware was available. There were 2 things that were not acceptable: the master bedroom did not have accesible electical outlets on eitherbside of the bed. The only accessible outlet was by the window on opposite end of bed. This made it impossible to connect ny CPap and our 2 mibile phones by the bed. The outlet behind the bed is inaccessible; we asked to check in a bit earlier at 3:00 pm vs 4:00 pm. A very short reply was sent by Pennie saying no because guest were checking out of apt. (Checkout is at 11 am)...we arrived anyway at 3:30 and it was clear that the property had been cleaned much earlier. Not very accomodating.

Cheer Competition
A friend and I rented this for a cheer competition that was held at the Wildwood Center. If it wasn't so cold you could easily walked over there. We had issues with the heater not working in our rental unit. Even though it was around 11 at night the owner responded right away and offered another unit for us. The other unit was pretty much the same features as the one we were renting. It's very clean and every online pictures is accurate presentation of what you are renting. I love the option that if you had more family could rent all the units to accommodate family vacation or family reunions. It was in a nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and the board walk. Would definitely rent here again.
