Great house! Host is super fast to respond! It was the perfect size and location for our stay. Close to both the ocean and the redwoods!

The property was not clean as expected (dirty floors and cobwebs), there were broken items (coffee maker, toaster, porch chair), and it is located on a busy street. Nice location to the redwoods and some house updates.
