The location was really central & views from ocean front apartment was exceptional. The master bedroom was large & comfortable. Gym was good.
The after hours check-in was an awful experience. We had fully paid for our apartment up front & had to jump through hoops to get access despite me communicating with staff prior to arrival.
There needs to be a better customer friendly system especially for mature people who are not so proficient with mobile apps. After a long days travel being told access would not be granted unless I could upload copies of personal id and credit card was extremely stressful, my phone would not accept the link and whatsapp wouldnt work as overseas roaming hadnt kicked in. However, despite my struggles there was still insistence no copies meant no access ...... I would understand if I had not advised prior & had not made any payment but I had paid in full & clearly communicated the late check-in prior to arrival. The 3rd party doing after hours needs to have notes in these circumstances. It took around half an hour of us standing outside in awful weather ... a horrible first impression which is sad, and unnecessary 😔

Location was excellent, central to everything. Views were great.
Underground car parking was atrocious. Very small parking bays and extremely tight corners to get around. Wouldn't want to have a big car to manoeuvre around and no mention or signs to point out the possibility of damage to your vehicle.
