Rental was as described. It was super clean, comfortable, spacious, and great for two. We liked the parking situation and being able to walk about 15 to 20 minutes to the falls. We liked the old world charm of the apartment, yet it had modern updates. The hosts were friendly and easy to work with.

Property is great location just a 5 minute walk to the Falls. Free parking. Apartment was clean and was just as advertised. Communication with Pascale and Michael was excellent as our tire had a nail leak on our way to the property. They were very helpful recommending where to get our vehicle repaired so we could continue our vacation. Quiet neighborhood being so close to the Falls was a big plus also. I would recommend this property if you aretraveling to Niagara falls as a couple.

The place itself was like a home you might see in a campus town - converted to six apartments. The room looks exactly as shown in the pictures, but future renters should be aware that it is on the second floor and the stairs leading up are steep and the back stairs are not necessarily the most sturdy. In addition, make sure to research what’s available in the area as far as attractions and restaurants as there is no welcome packet or information about offerings nearby (which are normally standard in VRBOs that we rent).
