Colazione con ampia scelta, cena a buffet molto buona presso ristorante Rio
Dotazioni degli accessori in camera, ad esempio prevedere i comodini con cassetti al posto dei tavolini e nel bagno che è senza finestra sarebbe opportuno avere un ventilatore/aspiratore

La ubicación es espectacular, la belleza el lugar, la vegetación, el mar y las montañas, todo hace un entorno maravilloso. Las instalaciones impecables, el personal muy amable, respetuoso y empático. El trato muy cálido. Excelente desayuno, variado y muy abundante. La playa amplia, muy linda y las instalaciones perfectas. En el hotel hay de todo piletas, playa, lugares de juego para niños, actividades acuáticas, buceo, paseos. De todo en un único lugar. Más allá del hotel, la isla en sí es hermosa, vale la pena recorrerla. Un lugar para volver!!!

Die Anlage ist schön, gepflegt und guter Standort.
Das Personal Michaela, Marcello und alle an der Beach Bar Mare super.
Die Appartements sind überholt, sehr ringhörig und renovationsbedürftig. Im weiteren kann es nicht sein, dass die Tücher nur alle 10 Tage gewechselt werden (es sein denn man reklamiert), Strandtücher sind nicht inkludiert, Buffet sehr spartanisch, wenig Abwechslung, meist nur lauwarm, Buffet zu klein für soviel Andrang, Zutrittskontrolle schlecht organisiert und am Abend permanent zu spät, weshalb alle warten müssen, Frühstück ok bis auf Kaffeemaschinen, bei denen von 4 meistens 2 nicht funktionieren (überlastet), hier sollte zwingend eine Person permanent für die Funktion (auffüllen, entleeren) zuständig/verantwortlich sein.
Wir haben vermutlich im Angebot übersehen, dass es sich hier um ein Familien/Kinderhotel handelt…..
