Great location
You have to enter through three different passkey locks all with different codes. Also the fire alarm kept going off in my room. It was taken down eventually.

Location, cleanliness and very good lady assisting our arrival
We understand about the language and think there could’ve been better comunication. They did let us know that we could wait “inside with luggage, (five pcs) until the room was ready” by 12:00am. As tto letting us know there was a very comfortable “waiting room” inside up a few floors. We waited outside in the corner with luggage for three hours.
However, the following morning we fell rushed by 930 to check-out and noticed people already in the “waiting area to be checked-in.
As I mentioned above, we had luggage and found it a little uncomfortable taking them up several flights, it becomes difficult when completing a 9 day cruise and you’re a couple over 67 years of age.

Well located. Bed was ok very very firm. Staff was very responsive.
Terrible smell like old pipes coming from the bathroom. The photos do not describe this hotel its bare bones, there is not this beautiful view that might be from the common area but not the rooms that are facing inwards to a couryard with othet peoples homes and laundry. The power went out a few times on our stay and since its all keypad entry the staff advised we stay inside so we dont get locked out late at night, which is really crazy because we are on vacation.
