Apartment is as pictured. The host was very accommodating as well as Millicent. You don't have to rent a car at this location. You are on the beach and the main strip. "Main Street" The property is right across from Margaritaville. Taxi drivers are very reliable and will wait for you on your excursions.

Property was amazing. When I was booking online that red coach didn’t impressed me but it look better in person so it was ok. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Millicent check in on Monday to see if we need anything. Which at that point we needed more towels and she gave them to us. Also she had taken out the garbage for me. I will definitely stay again.

I chose this property for the location. It was walkable to many restaurants and some shops as well as the beach. However, the beach was unexplainably closed the day we tried to go. I realize Jamaicans live differently than many of us from the US and this is where my expectations may have been a bit high. The air conditioner only worked 1/3 of the time. The housekeeper explained there was a trick to get it to work - sometimes that did it and sometimes not. The property is also very close to Main Street which is loud some evenings.
Overall it was fine for a place to sleep for a couple of nights and the location is definitely great but we were glad to move on to nicer accommodations in Negril.

The house manager was pleasant & helpful. The apt was cozy & loved the living room’s color sofas & decor. The location was perfect. I will book with them again. I heard they have a 2-bedroom. Until we meet again😊

I can surely recommend this apartment 44c perfect location close to everything down town Ocho Rios. Miss Millicent is a great lady with great personality and understanding. I would surely stay there again. Thanks to all the team of 44c. I work in several top brand hotels in Jamaica and America and this apartment was really clean and organized than most of them. Great location
I enjoyed my stay at this property, it was close to everything (food, beach, entertainment, site seeing etc.) The owner of the property communicates with her guests to make sure they are comfortable. The building is a little dated but the apartment was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this apartment to others who are not looking for the bells and whistles of an expensive hotel.

5 days in Ochi 2019
The unit was exactly as displayed in the photos. Once we got our bearings the entire downtown of Ochi Rios was at our disposal. We had a wonderful view of Main Street with the hills and mountain in the background. Every day I opened the curtains to a picture postcard. The sunrise is worth waiting for. The experience on Friday evening in the center of town was almost surreal; with all the activity, people coming and going. I was a bustling West Indian metropolis 'Jamaican style'; it could not have been planned. But we could always escape to the quiet peace of our of unit and watch everything from above. I was mesmerized by the view from this apartment. I spent hours just watching the daily traffic. The promenade from the back entrance (of the complex) to the beach that led to the craft park is a short (5 minute) walk that puts you right in the center of everything. Looking forward to it's completion. For the price, the location, the location and the access to Turtle Beach; I do not know how this cannot be one of the best options in Turtle Beach (except possibly the two bedroom).
Highly recommended; but do not let everyone know; since they may be going down when I am planning to go.

I have stayed at Turtle Towers quite a few times and this was the best kept apartment yet. Millicent was great and communication was easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend!!!! Thank you for a great stay!

The booking process with Kenita is smooth and effortless, she really does accommodate you. stress free!
My stay in Kenita's apartment was great. We was met by Millicent the house keeper who is absolutely lovely, she showed us how everything worked. The apartment was very clean & equipped with all you need for a comfy stay. Its very spacious with plenty of light and lovely views of the hills & you can also see the sea from the balcony. The shower was great with plenty of pressure and hot water. The living room has air con which works well, there is no air con in the bedroom but you really don't need it as there is a ceiling fan and it was just right for sleeping plus you can open the window and get a lovely breeze coming through. Millicent came in every few days to give us fresh towels, toilet roll etc. She is always available if you need her. The apartment is in the best location right next to the beach through a private gate. its next to all the shops, night clubs. You don't need a car if you stay here.
I would really recommend staying here if you want clean, bright and comfort. I wanted to book again but unfortunately her apartment is fully booked when I want to go!!

great location
stayed here for 2 weeks in April , the apartment is without exaggerating in the best location possible in ocho rios. very clean place and also very secure . minutes walk from supermarket , banks and night life and also the private beach at the back of the apartment. host brilliant at communicating and the only reason why i rate this apartment 3 stars is the bed in main bedroom and single single bed dont meet 5 star standards. i highly recommend this apartment and i would return to it my self in the future. that's if the host accommodates me again now for not giving top ratings.

The apartment is like a home from home excellent
The apartment is in excellent order well maintained and so homely with all the creature comforts that you would expect and need for a great stay in Jamaica.
The location of the apartment is central so ideal for shopping and access to the local bars and clubs. However it is also placed discreetly in a lovely area of Ochi Rios where you can get privacy that you need on a vacation.

Fantastic stay everytime
I have been coming to this apartment for the last 6 years and each time I come, owner Miss Kenita has upgraded the accommodation to make it even more warmer and delightful in every aspect. The location is fabulous and apartment is cleaned regularly. This is definitely one of the best apartments I have stayed in Jamaica and i will surely be coming again very soon. I recommend this apartment to anyone, you wont be disappointed I can assure you.

Gorgeous apartment great location, complete heaven
The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Bright, spacious, tidy and comfortable. The bedroom was a perfect size for two and the bed extremely comfortable! The lounge was bright and airy and the cable tv had a good range of channels.
Lovely dining area for those who want to eat in, and the apartment is a 5-10 min walk from town (5 if you use the back gate) where there are plenty of places to dine out and supermarkets for stocking the apartment if you're cooking yourself. Island Village across the road from the apartment boasts a good ice cream parlour as well. Definitely worth a trip!
The apartment is also close to some of the major tourist attractions in Ochi such as Dolphin Cove, Mystic Ridge and the Cool Runnings catamaran cruise to Dunns River.
Transfer time from Montego Bay/ Sangster airport is roughly 1hr 45mins but is a comfortable drive with costal views to your left and the plush green mountains to your right.
My stay was truly fantastic. This apartment is a home from home and ensures an extremely comfortable stay in Ocho Rios.
The booking process was straightforward and easy. I found Kenita to be extremely personable and helpful, assisting with the arrangement of airport transfers. She also called a few days in to check everything was ok.
If you are looking for a home away from home, minutes from a lovely, quiet and serene beach then this is the place to stay!
I'm looking forwards to staying again next year.

I loved the apartment it was better looking in person, wonderful views and decor. The staff was delightful and attentive to all my needs. Everything is in walking distance with plenty to do. I had a ball and my fiance proposed to me there!!! It will be a place and time I will never forget! I will be back to celebrate where I got engaged at! I recommend Kenita the owner any day!!! Seaview Apartments > Turtle Beachtowers > Wow !
I had a wonderful time and good vacation at the seaview apartment Ocho Rios. I would highly recommend if you are looking for an appartment which is central in Ocho Rios > Close to amenities ie the beach, town, tourist resorts, Mystic Mountains, Dunns River and travelling to any other places.
The location is really good. The apartment is exceptional > homely ,amenities available, excellent service from the staff, everything is close by ie Resturants, shops, entertainnment, you name it...

My Jamaican Home
I had a brilliant experience, because I felt that I had all the comforts of home in a beautiful surrounding. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and full of light with the most amazing views.
The standards were very high in terms of cleanliness. The decor was beautiful and the housekeeping was excellent.
My favourite place is the beach and all the little bars alongside it. In particular the Fisherman's Beach was my favourite place; only a few minutes walk from the apartment.
I felt very well cared for by both the owner and housekeeper. I would definitely recommend this property to friends, relatives and anyone travelling to Jamaica, as I had such a great experience.

Turtle Beach Towers
We recently returned from Ocho Rios staying in two apartments at TBT. We were met at the airport as promised and taken to Ochee by a friendly, reliable driver, Rene. While we were a little dismayed at the overall changes in Ocho Rios, the apartment was everything as advertised. The apartment was large, clean, and well maintained - and cool enough for American standards. We enjoyed meeting Milllicent, the housekeeper. TBT is conveniently located across the street from Marguaritaville, the Taj Mahal and Harbor Shops, and on the beach. Walking to town means walking out the back gate! Security was good and we will come again.

My stay at turtle towers
I holiday'd to jamaica in august last year with my 2 little girls. Unsure of my location because i'd not been to ochi before was really pleasently surprised. When we arrived at the apartment we got a warm welcome and a good nights sleep. The apartments as lovely as its pictures and the locations great. Home away from home
I stayed here with my 3 year old son and my husband. The owner greeted us and immediately I was impressed by her friendly yet professional manner. The customer service was brilliant. The accommodation was located in the best place ever as we were in easy reach to all the attractions. The apartment was very clean and relaxing with a fantastic view of the town, a and swimming pool. I would recommend this place to couples, singles, small family, and we will be staying here when we return on holiday. We absolutely loved it.

A place of dreams & the holiday of a lifetime
We stayed with my girlfriend in this apartment for 2 weeks in October 2010. The apartment was gorgeous and very comfortable with everything you could possibly need with very good air conditioning as it was very hot in Ocho Rios. There are great views from the balcony with the sea to the left and the mountains to the right. Millicent the housekeeper came in every other day and did a thorough clean and changed bedding/replaced towels etc.
We also had free access to Turtle Beach, which was literally just outside the apartments, 2 minutes walk away. A long sandy stretch of beach and the sea was so warm it was like stepping in to a big warm bath! There was refreshments available, toilets, watersports and boat trips if you fancied it. We visited Nine Mile, Bob Marley’s final resting place. The drive to Nine Mile was almost as fascinating as the Bob Marley Mausoleum.
There is everything you could possibly need within walking distance of the apartment i.e. supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The security at the apartments was fantastic and we often saw the security guards patrolling the grounds all throughout the night. We felt very safe and secure. We were also lucky enough to meet the owner of the apartments as she had come over to put the finishing touches to her second apartment in the opposite towers and we were also lucky enough to be given a sneak preview and we were very impressed, it was amazing and very luxurious and it was lovely. The owner Kenita was very helpful and gave us lots of info and advice on where to go. All in all it was the holiday of a lifetime and I would certainly not hesitate in recommending staying in this apartment to anyone going to Ocho Rios. We hope to return.

In the middle of it all
The apartment was clean and decorated nicely. Omar, the maintenance man, was very friendly and kindly provided his company whenever we wanted to go out. This was very helpful as we were 2 women traveling alone. Being that my friend and I love Jamaican food we asked Millicent, the housekeeper, to cook for us twice, which she did for a small fee. She was very friendly and chatted with us whenever we saw her. Her cooking was excellent! We felt right at home.
What I loved most about the place was its location. Everything is within walking distance. Down the street to the right is Dunns River Falls and Mystic Mountain. Down the street to the left is busy downtown Ocho Rios which has grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers and salons among other things.

our holiday at Turtel Towers
We stayed at this apartment for 3 weeks and from the moment we made enquires via the owner (Kenita) we were extremley impressed. She was answered our emails really quickly and when we enquired if the apartment was suitable for a family with a young 3 year old child she assured us it was and she was right. Our daughter loved swimming in the pool just below the apartment window, she adored the beach which is right outside the complex gate and loved the childrean's play area-she was very really happy each day and so were we. The apartment is excellent, spacious, clean, well decorated and has all the mod cons including sky TV. The kitchean was well equipped, perfect for us as we cooked quite a lot but when we did'nt feel like cooking there are lots of resturants close by, recommend Fisherman beach-lobster and fish freshly caught-suberb! the apartment has a small and freindly staff group who mantain the apartment to a very high standard, a light bulb blew one evening and we called Omar who is a really lovely, polite young man, he came and replaced it within 30 mins-we were impressed! The complex is within easy reach of everything, the beach, town, nightlife, market, Dunns River (a must for everyone, old and young) We hired a car and felt safe leaving it in the car park each night as the complex as 24 hours security. We have lots of family who live in St Anns, so it was brillent being able to visit but also great having Mama and Papa over for a meal cooked by us instead of taking them to a resturant. We then went out clubbing while they read their granddaughter bed time stories, tucked her up in bed and went to bed themselves throughly enjoying watching sky TV in bed (the bedroom has a TV on the wall)
We loved this apartment so much that we have booked it again for December 2010 to stay in when we return to Ocho for our wedding!
