Very clean, full amenities and convenient to everything. Close to town, shopping and restaurants. Not within walking distance of everything, but within a mile or two. There are a few dining options and limited shopping within walking distance. Overall a great place to stay. Plenty of room for 2 couples

The experience was truly exceptional, as the apartment offered a perfect blend of comfort and beauty. The apartment was meticulously maintained, providing a spotlessly clean and inviting environment. My family really enjoyed our stay right on the river. The location was in walking distance to go tubing, downtown sites and restaurants. The unit was in very nice condition and had everything to make us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again.

This cabin is perfectly situated in the town of Helen. The weekend was a bit busy and noisy. But once Monday started we really started to enjoy the town. The walk was not far at all to get to shoppes or restaurants. The tubing is just right next door to the house. And there’s plenty of things to do around Helen to enjoy good family fun. The house was so comfortable and nice we decided to book two extra days. Loved this place. Would definitely recommend and save for future family vacations.

Very nice accommodations. Close to everything. The only downside was the living room furniture was very uncomfortable for my 84 year old mother and the only t.v. that worked was in one bedroom. Luckily, the weather was beautiful and the back deck compensated for that issue.

Was just ok loved the location did not like the cleaning staff they left the tv on blasting after they cleaned so we walked in to noise first thing Also next day when we came back from the store the cleaners were parked in our designated spot so we had to park elsewhere. Small bugs all over the kitchen counter so we could not have anything on the counters. They had little bug catchers placed on the counter and under sink. Should get pest control in there. Top deck and table were not cleaned off.

We had such a great time in Helen!! The house was very clean and nice. I loved the balconies overlooking the river. So peaceful & there wasn’t any street noise. The location is close to everything not close enough for us to walk lol but it can be done. So much to do & see. We honestly will return & stay here again. My 6 year old wants to stay here for her birthday in the summer, so that’s a good sign!!! If you’re thinking about booking, you should!! The only issue we had was there was a small black ant problem in the kitchen. But they had ant spray. Also, wish there was bottled waters already there, had a hard time finding some that wasn’t Deer Park in town but anyway everything was great!!!

This place was beautiful and just like the pictures. The view from the balcony was stunning. The beds and baths were amazing. We loved everything about this place and would stay here again and again. Helen is the best little town in North Georgia. The people were amazing and so kind.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Helen and the property was exactly as described. Clean, spacious, well appointed and was really nice having 2 large bedrooms with en suite baths. We needed to work a couple of the days we were there and the WiFi was excellent. We were within walking distance of main street and enjoyed visiting the shops and restaurants (however the far end of main street is a bit of a hike) . Our only issues were (1) there were no hot pads at all which made taking pans out of the oven without getting food on towels was a challenge. (2) we did find a few bugs in the kitchen..no where else in the home so we made sure garbage was taken out and everything put away (from FL so we get it!). We definitely look forward to visiting again in the near future and recommend staying at RiverHause on Edelweiss to anyone else planning a visit.

Me and the wife decided that after Christmas we would take our girls for a after Christmas getaway for a few days and thus place did not disappoint at all. The views are great. The condo is well maintained and updated and within walking distance of everything. Met the owner upon departure and really seemed very caring making sure our stay was to our liking and that we enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely stay again in the future Lord willing.

The townhouse was very clean. Well maintained and had everything we needed. I will also say the beds we're extremely comfortable which is rare in a VRBO unit lately. Location was perfect...you can walk to the action in town but it's far enough away from the action to be nice and quiet. We will for sure stay again.

The condo was just what we wanted for two adult couples, enjoying Oktoberfest and celebrating a birthday weekend. We appreciated that both bedrooms had their own ensuite bathroom and total privacy. The condo was incredibly comfortable, very clean, well-appointed, and in within walking distance to everything. Close enough to be convenient, yet far enough away to offer a bit of quiet time by the river! Highly recommended!!

We were informed on Saturday that we could not checkin until after 5pm due to issues with cleaners. Upon entering the home, the powder room toilet was running I had to adjust the flapper inside the bowl. Door knob on powder room door needs replacing or fixing. House temp was very warm. I needed to turn on the AC to cool down the house because it was uncomfortably hot in the bedrooms. There were multiple carpet stains on landing and steps. When we unpacked, there was not a single hanger in any of the closets. Next to the Keurig coffee maker there was an empty basket. There were no K cups as advertised. I called the rental office and left a message. On Sunday I get a return call saying that they would look into the issues. My wife wanted to iron some clothing but there was no iron to go with the ironing board. I called the rental agent and informed her about the missing iron. No one ever called me back. I purchased my own Kcups and again called the rental office. She told me they are still looking into the issues. Again, No one called me back. On Monday after returning from sightseeing, there was a pickup truck with trash bags in it parked in my spot below the rental. I called the office to ask if they knew who owned this truck. She had no clue and told me to park under another unit. I again asked about the same issues and was again told she was still looking into it. I said don’t bother, we are leaving in the morning. Nice location, comfortable home, poor customer service.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Riverhauss. It was so clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. My 7 year old loved playing in the creek right out back, and we loved sitting out on the deck and listening to the creek in the morning. Everything is within walking distance, although we did drive up to the main part of town because of my 7 year old. There's a great restaurant right across the street out the front door basically. We would highly recommend Riverhaus!
