Location was great & set up of unit was great
Loved the bathroom

Air conditioner was very noisy. No dishwasher, no draws in bedroom.
A group of girls staying opposite us were really noisy, constantly opening & slamming the door
We had 2 evacuations & no power because of the weather. The front desk had no idea and the security staff were rude and couldn’t provide update. In the evacuations they were no where to be seen or heard. It was obvious that when they got the generator going it wasn’t fit for purpose.
Very disappointing considering how nice the unit was.

Great location. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillow options. The kitchen was perfectly supplied and everything clean.
We had rented a large SUV and didn’t learn that it was too tall for the parking garage until after we had rented it. The garage has a 6 foot limit.

Super Lage,man ist schnell am Waikiki Beach,Restaurants und Geschäfte.
Parkplatz inkl. hier in Waikiki sehr wichtig.
schöner Balkon, Sonnenschirm und Strandstühle wurden gestellt.
Küche war mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet.
Was uns gefehlt hat ist ein Wäscheständer um die Badesachen und Handtücher aufzuhängen.

The check-in process was simple and stress free, and having parking included made such a big difference. The location couldn’t have been better! Just a quick walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We really enjoyed the beautiful views of both the ocean and city from the room. The space was comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we needed for our trip. It was a great value for the price, and I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Waikiki.
The wait for elevators was long at times. But it’s a busy property
