Fins Up Beach House - 6 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Beach House with plenty of space for a group or big family! The house is set up to sleep 25 total. 2 kitchens! Bedroom 1 - bunk beds - 2 fulls, 2 twins Bedroom 2 - bunk beds - 2 fulls, 2 twins Bedroom 3 - king bed Bedroom 4 - bunk beds - 2 fulls, 2 twins Bedroom 5 - bunk beds - 2 fulls, 2 twins Bedroom 6 - king bed Futon beds in both living rooms 2 kitchens Located in the heart of downtown Ocean City, MD, on the bay side. Only 3 blocks from the beach & boardwalk (5 minute walk)! Only a 3 minute walk to the closest bus stop! King Beds, Bunk Beds, and a futons in the living rooms to comfortably sleep 25 people total. 2 Fully stocked kitchens! TV & Cable & Internet access. There is a large combined dining room & living room area as soon as you walk in the door of both upstairs & downstairs, great for everyone to sit around and relax. 2 large covered front porches, perfect for sitting back to enjoy the breeze & watch the sunset! Only a short walk to the beach & boardwalk. Many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance from the unit! Located on St Louis Ave on the bay, a very quiet & quaint location, away from the busy highway! There is no private parking on the property. Guests must do free street parking, which is directly in front of the house on St Louis Ave, or any of the side streets around the house. All the roads surrounding this house are free to park on. It is easier to find parking spots earlier in the morning, or later at night during busy summer weekends or holidays. This downtown location is only a couple blocks from the beach, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, amusement rides, and activities (5 minute walk)! Park your car for the week, and walk or bike to all the fun destinations. A perfect spot for all the OC events such as Sunfest, Springfest, Cruisin OC, Endless Summer Cruisin, Senior Week, Wine on the Beach, White Marlin Open, etc. This is a non smoking unit. No pets allowed. Linens are included in your stay. We provide sheets & towels, but do not make the beds. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, plus one trash bag liner is provided for your arrival. Check in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is promptly 10 am. Guests will receive an email with more check in information after their confirmed booking. Location, location! Conveniently located in the downtown area where all the entertainment and action is! Very short walk to the beach/boardwalk and restaurants. Right across the street is Pickles Pub, 8th street Liquors, Pizza Mambo. Once on the boardwalk you’ve got Thrashers French Fries, Shotti’s Point, Sweet Frog, Hammerheads Bar & Grill, The kite Loft, Malibu’s Surf Shop, Coffee Beanery, Hooters, Subway, & so much more! All within walking distance from the apartment. Shopping Outlets are a short ride across the bridge as well as Assateague Island. Within walking distance there is also a free fishing pier on the bayside! Great views of the sunset over the bay! Many activities and restaurants are all within walking distance from the unit! If you'd like to travel farther, ride bikes or hop on the bus. The location of this unit is great because you are right downtown where all the action is. Check In Is After 4 pm On Arrival Day Check out Is Promptly 10 am Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am Non Smoking Unit We require guests, after booking, to complete & sign a rental agreement. The rental agreement is legally enforceable and includes all the specific terms and conditions laid down by the owner. It aims to offer protection to the property owner and specify the role and responsibilities of both the guests and the hosts. All the rules and regulations that ought to be followed by the guests during the period of their stay are mentioned in the agreement. Along with this, all the essentials provided by the owner are neatly listed in the agreement. Guests just simply sign & date the agreement, as well as list all the individuals full names that will be staying in the property.

Wonderful residence, no parking problems, had entire family stay, occupied both levels. Trash pickup no problem, instructions clear, Property Manager was great and available for any unexpected problems.

The property was perfect for a large group! Plenty of room and having a washer and dryer was awesome. We had an issue with our Cable TV and contacted the owner. They were there right on the spot to fix it with the cable company. Very peaceful neighborhood we all slept well and enjoyed the property and our stay. 👍👍👍

We had a group of 19 stay at this house for the weekend and it was great! Plenty of bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, and a quick walk to the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend for larger group events!

We stayed here with several of my family. The location is pretty nice - quiet block and there was ample street parking, just a couple blocks from a nice part of the beach. We entered the lower unit to discover a terrible smell - and found an unflushed toilet that was causing the “crappy” smell. So that’s pretty gross - and the dishes were all put in cupboards without being cleaned. “Fully stocked kitchen” was on the listing, but it was pretty lacking in the number of utensils and dishes you’d expect for the number of people staying. Finally, the deck on the front was sagging in one corner and didn’t seem too safe.
