Whether you want to arrive back, have a campfire and indulge in the comfort of our cottage after a day of sightseeing, or simply wish to stay put and have a family/friend vacation, you have truly found the right place to relax, recharge and enjoy all that Muskoka has to offer. ABSOLUTELY NO CATS DUE TO ALLERGIES! ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! Please understand that we have professional cleaners booked and this is their business. As such, our check-in time (4:00) and check-out time (11:00) are not flexible.

My friends and I had an absolute wonderful time at this cottage for our annual Christmas get together. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed, with detailed instructions on anything we needed! Although there was some flickering power, the hosts responded promptly to our call when we heard a beeping due to the power outage. Lovely place, we may even make this an annual tradition!

The property was as advertised and the host was fantastic to deal with. The house is older and could use a little TLC and some attention to detail. There were 5 of us and there was barely enough dishes for a sitting and certainly not enough for two. Bathrooms didn't have any facecloths. The mattress in one of the upstairs bedrooms was so bad our daughter moved to the downstairs room. The exterior could use a good cleaning and fire pit chairs replaced or repaired. I guess in a nutshell it's an older house that doesn't seem to get much attention. Having said all of that we did enjoy our stay with family but wouldn't rent again given the price and the current condition.
