About this house rental

Located in Silverthorne, this lovely house for $300 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This quiet end unit situated along the Blue River in Silverthorne has been recently renovated with new kitchen, carpeting and bathrooms. A private hot tub is also available for use in the back. It is located close to 6 world class ski resorts including Keystone, (12 min), Loveland, A-Basin (20), Copper (20 min), Vail (30 min) and Breckenridge (25 min). This 3 floor property can comfortably sleep 10 and features 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms on the top level, half bath on mid-level and 1 bedroom/1 bathroom on the first level behind the garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and a grill on the back deck. Washer and Dryer is located on the third level. Conveniently located 90 minutes from Denver International Airport, the area has an abundance of hiking and biking trails nearby including a walking path right behind the property which leads to Rainbow Park, Silverthorne Recreation Center, Silverthorne Town Center, Public Library and Retail Outlets at Silverthorne. Fly Fish in the Blue River or head across the street to the Raven Golf Club, a public golf course, in the summer. Groomed paths are available for cross country skiing and snowshoeing during the winter. There is a convenient bus stop which is just a 90 second walk away. And if your forget anything - a Target is less than 5 minutes away. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING PLEASE

This place worked great for 4 guys on a work trip in Summit County. The location made it easy on the main street (Hwy 9) in Silverthorne. Everything was provided and communication was clear and simple. I would stay again without hesitation.

The condo was just right for our family. The location was perfect-less than one mile from our older son and family’s residence. The size of the condo was what we needed. Everything was clean. Supplies were plentiful. Plan to stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We came out for a ski trip with friends and family. The owner did a great job communicating check-in instructions and other particulars. The condo itself was clean and nicely furnished. Great place to stay!

The house is very clean and well maintained, has been really nicely remodeled, and had everything we needed for a memorable week in the Colorado mountains. We were so happy with the location - it's within walking distance of a lovely park, restaurants, Blue Mountain Trail (good for biking or walking), dining, and shopping. We saw beautiful views and owls and baby deer on our walks, and enjoyed the soothing sounds of rushing water nearby. The kitchen was appointed with excellent appliances and various dining and cooking tools. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating and communicated quickly regarding any of our questions or needs. Highly recommended!
