This is the perfect location. There is a really cute little grocery store 100’ away and the pool is 50’ in the other direction. The kids loved walking down to the ice cream shop. There is a lower balcony with a huge table plus a huge balcony up top with couches for lounging. We plan on coming back for our next vacation.

We were in town with our 3 adult children visiting family in Lake Las Vegas. The location was terrific. Close to shops and dining. The patio and upper deck provided great outdoor space to relax and catch up. The townhouse was also spacious and bright.

A very nice property. Convenient to everything.
Parking is a nightmare because there’s only a few spots available. You have to have access to the garage or you could be towed for illegal parking. Owner said he didn’t think this unit included garage parking but ended up having the parking pass sent to the door.
The construction was very bothersome and we weren’t able to sit outdoors from morning until 4:00 pm.
Once construction is completed I would consider renting this unit again but only with the promise of a parking transmitter.
