Spacious and quiet.
Short walk to ski slopes.
Nice breakfast
The heating system is challenged sometimes but never got too cold. Although fridge in kitchen it was not really available for guests, so self catering not an option there.

Staff were fantastic, breakfast was delicious and the lodge is in a great location.
Showers weren’t very warm; or perhaps just took a very long time to heat up (we gave up waiting)

10 min walk to the base village and 3-5 min walk to nearby restaurants, bars and a convenience store. The room was clean with a nice view and windowsill was useful to keep drinks cold. Comfortable enough if you're just wanting a place to sleep and will be on the slopes all day/out at night
Most of the residents worked for the lodge owner's ski school so it felt more like a hostel but without the benefit of accessing the kitchen. The breakfast was pretty slap dash, tough sausages, cold mushrooms, stale toast and the only egg option was soft/hard boiled that were prepared in advance. The hot water was turned off during the day for some reason and only turned on after 4pm. Would have been nice to know this at check in as I ended up taking quite a chilly shower at 3:30pm one day.
