Situated in North Salt Lake, this attractive condo for $100 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Summary: Included with this space: -65 Inch Smart TV with Hulu & Amazon TV included -Access to One Car Garage -Full Kitchen with utensils, pots/pans -Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided -Green Tea provided -Ping pong table -Board games, cards, puzzles -Shampoo, conditioner, body wash -Hair dryer provided -Iron and ironing board The Space: There is a single garage space available that leads directly to the separate entrance. The space has a fully supplied kitchen (pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.). It also has a Keurig for a nice fresh cup of coffee. There is a ping pong table and assortment of board games & puzzles. Also, a 65 inch flat screen in the living room. Each room has a cozy memory foam mattress. There is also a quality air mattress available. The Neighborhood: There is a unique park behind our home, that the kids love. The neighborhood has many great hiking locations. Eagle wood golf course is a 5 minute drive. The home is conveniently located near the freeway as well to easily get to any destination in Utah. Getting Around: The I-15 is 5 minutes from the home. The Salt Lake City International Airport is 15 minutes away. To get to the heart of Salt Lake City it is a 15 minute drive as well. Park City is a 30 minute drive. 15 minute drive to the Lagoon. 45 minute drive to Antelope island. 13 minute drive to the Vivint Arena. Recommended Local Restaurants: Takashi (Sushi) Fat Fish (Sushi) Pretty Bird (Best Chicken Sandwich) Pie Pizzeria Cafe Rio (Mexican) The Mandarin (Chinese) Thyme and Season Market Place (Steak & Seafood) Sawadee (Thai food) Lucky 13 (burgers) Crumbl (unique cookies) Uber/Lyft is everywhere ; ) Other Things to Note: This is a 6,000 square foot home and the upstairs is rented separately. It has a separate entrance in the garage and we have never had any issues and we strive to keep it that way. Interaction with Guests: We allow self-check-in, however we live nearby and are available by phone as needed. We look forward to hosting you and know you will enjoy your stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Utah. The apartment was nice and had everything we needed for a week long stay as well as fun games to keep our grandkids occupied.

This basement apartment is absolutely beautiful! Spacious, cozy, and so much fun. The arcade games and ping pong table were entertaining for the big kids and little kids alike. Property manager was responsive to all communication. The neighborhood was beautiful (even saw those deer mentioned in a previous review). Fully stocked with towels, linens, lots of kitchen utensils and gadgets… even filtered water in the fridge.

We booked this stay for college drop off for our daughter and it was perfect for our family. We cooked plenty of meals, had more than enough room to spread out and it was very clean. We look forward to staying again.

This was a great place to stay for my family of 4. It would easily accommodate more since there are 3 bedrooms. Checkin and check out process were easy. Property managers were helpful and gave us our privacy. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this place. It was quite clean with plenty of space for everyone. The arcade games and ping-pong table were a great perk. The location was awesome. We could have used some extra pots in a better condition but we made do with what we had. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for work and a few of us stayed here. The house was perfect and quiet and far enough away of downtown but close enough for us to be where we needed to be in 10 min. The surrounding area was stunning with easy access to go off and explore. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was wonderful. Beds were comfortable and the place was immaculate and clean. Home is in a beautiful neighborhood. The girls are all 16 and didn’t want to leave the house. We will definitely be back next trip north!

I've stayed in more vacation rentals than I can easily remember over the last decade or so. Each has had its own unique charm but this place may be the best one yet. It is the only house that allowed me to park in a real garage. It was spacious and clean, which you hope is the case with every property but this one delivered. Beyond the basics, they had a few snacks for us like popcorn. However, the coolest things were the three, yes three, full sized arcade game cabinets (with matching bar stools). I played Joust and Root Beer Tapper in real arcade fashion for the first time in over 30 years. It was awesome! The house is in a very nice neighborhood that includes the occasional random deer grazing in the neighbor's yard. Yes, you read that correctly. Despite this house being well within a suburban area, we saw four deer one morning while leaving the house. So, would I recommend staying at this house? Absolutely!

White Christmas
My family and I are for from Florida. We had been wanting to have a white Christmas and finally got the opportunity. Since I had been working as a medical traveler in Salt Lake City, I decided to fly my family out so we could have a winter vacation after my contract ended. This place was an amazing find for us. It’s spacious, very clean, and quiet. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood. Rick was amazing with communication and offering help and suggestions for the area. I will definitely have this saved as a future place to stay when I visit Utah again!!!!

It was exactly as described, the communication with the owner was always quick and he made sure we had what we needed. The only suggestion I would recommend is to put mirrors in the other 2 bedrooms, only so it makes it easier to get ready, when the bathroom is in use.
