Best Western PLUS Cotton Tree Inn

Would visit again. The whole team were LOVELY and very pleasant. Everyone was kind, mannerly, such a nice energy. Rooms very clean. Fresh nice bedding, towels, Location v convenient for visiting friends in Bountiful. Breakfast overalll good, pool appeared v clean but ran out of time & did not use -- RE Breakfast: Apples, fruit and sausages nice quality. Youghurt and cereal only avail v v v sweetened or with sugar (would have loved a 'plain' option for youghurt, and a less sweet cereal) . Folger's latte machine in the breakfast area made a lovely latte when we arrived, but then something went wrong & the lattes Sat and Sun were very watered down. Told desk, unclear they have tech to fix.

The problems were minor. Very clean room had fresh sheets, bedding, towels, all good quality and very clean. Two weird problems: 1. Room had the two queen beds we reserved. Both were used. Only one was made. SO weird to come back to one perfectly made bed and one still plainly slept in & rumply. (We were gone from 9AM to 9PM so it's not the case we interrupted them. 2.. Breakfast: Latte. Folger's industrial latte machine in the breakfast area needs a tune up. We had made a lovely latte when we arrived very very early Sat morning (flight delays) but then either something went wrong with the powdered milk the machine used, or the machine itself-- because at breakfast Sat our 'latte' was espresso and water. When we told the v kind non-coffee-drinkers team, they refilled the powdered milk and fluffed it up a little, before closing the machine; the latte was better but still very very watered. It was clear there was an issue because Sat v v early, the milk had gone into the cup as a white stream, and later that morning you could see the stream of liquid change from white milk to clear water a long time before the brown coffee-- and this was still true Sun. Told v pleasant breakfast team, they had already refilled the powdered milk. Told v kind desk team, unclear they have tech to fix. Describing in detail here in hopes someone on the team there can train about making both beds freshly, and also call the folgers latte machine makers to get it tuned up

Room was clean

There was a crazy pool cop. The manager on staff kept coming to the pool and kicking people out if the hot tub. Only allowed 4 people at a time. I’ve never been to a hotel that did that.

I love the Jacuzzi! The room was clean and comfortable! I love, love the location, so close to everything! It was super easy to check in and out. I will highly recommend this to anyone and will be staying here again!!!

The pool was freezing!!!

Near the freeway, and the beds were cozy.

The price compared to other places near. Really wasnt worth the extra $60 IMO. Plus someone tried coming into our room around 1030pm and frightened my son. Staff wasnt bad, just lacked experience. This place has potential, but I would try a diff spot while passing through again.
