Good

The pool was nice and comfortable beds, it was quiet and had nice blackout shades, also a good breakfast.

Great stay

We stayed 2 nights but only ate breakfast one morning which was very good. The beds were comfy. Pool was great. Staff were very nice.

It's a bit confusing to figure out the layout of the hotel. There is no elevator to the 4th floor which makes getting luggage to the room difficult, but we managed. Still had a great stay.

Good Value

Location was great! Bed was comfortable. Staff was amazing and very helpful.

The bathroom floors needed cleaning. There was a thick layer of dust on the bottom part of the desk. It was clean other than that.

Very clean rooms. Staff was nice. The breakfast was very good.

I didn't care for a $75.00 hold charge for damages. Waiting on a refund for that.

The lobby was nice. Located close to dining and stores.

No elevator to get to rooms if staying upstairs that I could find. Also, we hung up sign for no maid service and when arrived back to room later that night sign was on floor, garbage was emptied and folded hand towel hanging. Whoever came input room while we were gone didn’t make our beds and took all our bath towels even the ones hanging and left us within no bath towels. Told front desk and they made us come get new ones. Didn’t seem too concerned. Luckily didn’t leave anything of value in room. This is a problem.

snow what’s clear of walkways and parking lot!

The room needed, dusted, and possibly vacuumed. There were no extra pillows or blankets. We use the hide a bed in the couch, and there was old food all over the top of it.

The picture of room that I paid for was not what I received at the motel. Staff said it was the wrong picture.

The hotel was very comfortable and easy to find.

The cappachino machine was excellent. The bacon was good too. That was all that I had.

I have trouble with stairs and the only 2 ways I had to go in involved stairs. Maybe put a ramp or something. Other than that, everything was okay.

Y’all were quick to take our money and quick to ignore us when a problem occurred.

Monday night we stayed in 312. Just arrived after 13 hours on the road. Go straight to bed once arriving to waking up with a shower that apparently never worked to begin with. We called front desk multiple times and no answer. So my son went to the front desk to find ALL staff standing around and staring down at the phone each time we called. Just because they wanted to avoid our “no shower working situation”. The young female stated we should’ve never been booked that room due to the shower originally not working. Please feel free to call me to know more.

Dissapointing and terrible.

The staff was mostly friendly and professional. The bathrooms were mostly clean.

Some of the staff looked unkept and not friendly. The towels smelled and looked dirty. The Pool amd jacuzzi looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The Pool water actually looked murky and you could see grime stuck on the sides of the. The jacuzzi was foamy! I have never seen a jacuzzi that dirty in my life.
