Located in Rosemary Beach, this charming house for $400 per night is a great option for your next trip. Mar y Arena is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath home in Seacrest Beach. The house is decorated in sophisticated, soothing tones and is located on the nature trail. The back porches over look the wooded path and create a peaceful, serene treehouse feeling. The spacious kitchen is well equipped for preparing great meals, or, if grilling is more your style, there is a custom gas grill on the screened back porch. Easy, beautiful walk to Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach, or take one of the 4 (adult) bikes for a ride to explore the area. If you have an extra large group, we also manage the house next door! *pet friendly only with prior approval and pet fee; breed and size restrictions; one dog.

Home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and a 15 month old. Easy walking everywhere. Enjoyed the bikes on property. The tram was great. Call ahead! And the beach was gorgeous. Home was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Would stay there again.

We absolutely Loved this house and it’s location! Alice was quick to answer all my questions. The Beach was extremely crowded but we found the public beach by pier park was less crowded and very nice!

House and host were terrific. The "private beach" was absolutely terrible. It was extremely small and impossibly crowded. Literally had to tiptoe and turn sideways just to move. The large pool was much the same. Wall-to-wall people at all times. Worst experience; lifeguard manager removed the towels and personal belongings from every chair/lounge around the pool if he determined that someone had not been present. This created dozens of extremely hostile confrontations between guests as they did not know or understand why the lifeguards did this. Everyone understood the "no reserving chairs" rule, but we personally left for 20 minutes only to come back and find people sitting in our "former" chairs. Same lifeguard manager was aggressive, immature, and threatened to remove multiple families from using the pool. Ownership needs to address this as well as the inadequate beach and pool and guest ratios. Both pool and beach are impossibly inadequate for the needs of this lovely community.

The house is well appointed and the kitchen well-stocked. Lots of extras. Clean as a whistle, very responsive host, spacious home. We enjoyed the location between Rosemary and Alys. We rode our bikes everywhere, even to the beach.

We loved our stay as well as the house! The screened in porch was our favorite room. It was so relaxing and private! The living room/kitchen/dining area was open and a great place for us all to come together. We can't wait to stay again!

This is a great stay for large groups and families, the community is very nice and has a shuttle for the beach and pool. The community is clean, beautiful and located next to many great restaurants, coffee and stores in walking distance. The property manager is incredibly communicative and helpful, super easy check in process and she ensured everything during out stay was perfect.

We loved this rental. We have stayed several times in Seacrest, but this house is the best. The furnishing and accommodations were of high quality and we really appreciated the the things that other rentals don't always think about or provide: thoroughly equipped kitchen, spices, foil, plastic wrap, laundry detergent, extra paper towels etc. We will definitely put this property at the top of our list for future rentals.

This house is absolutely incredible. It is the most well-appointed house I have ever stayed in. We enjoyed sitting out on all of the porches especially the screened in ones in the back of the house overlooking the walking trail. The neighborhood is great... especially the pool. You will not be disappointed staying here! We had an amazing vacation.

We had a great stay at the property. The layout was great, and it was well equipped. Alice was outstanding and super responsive. We were there during the hard freeze and Alice and her husband spent Christmas Eve (and their anniversary) making sure we were taken care of. We would definitely stay there again

My family has been going to the beach the previous 3 years. This year we chose Seacrest Beach and, to our good fortune, Mar y Arena. We have never been to a rental so fully equipped. We loved having the walking trail directly behind the screened in porch. My husband and I have not ridden bikes in years. Well we rode bikes to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. And the sunsets are just beautiful. All I can say is tha t we all enjoyed our stay.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect for a group of girlfriends. Restaurants, shopping, beach, pool are all within walking distance. Every bedrooms was stunning. The screened in porches were awesome to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Alice was so helpful throughout the process. Check in and wristband delivery was super easy. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a fantastic weekend!

I have stayed at many vrbo homes but this one was by far the best stocked! Welcome treats (even for the fur babies), spices, paper products, trash bags etc. The house is on the newer side with great and comfy furnishings. Relaxing screen porch with gas grill which we used. You can walk to the pool; we did it with a infant and a toddler or you can use the tram system. The tram system is easy to use and there is a stop right by the house. The beach area is on the smaller side but beautiful. I suggest renting a beach front umbrella with chairs it’s worth it. You are close to everything so you don’t have to drive far or you can ride your bike. This house gets a 5 out of 5!

This home has everything and anything you need to make your 30A trip a memorable one. The home is absolutely clean and wonderfully decorated. Cooking ware, seasonings, cups, plates, ice machine, two refrigerators, AWESOME AC, big rooms, and comfy beds, top-of-the-line washer, and dryer, beach towels. No issues whatsoever. I liked the vicinity of the home near a nature path for morning birdsong with coffee on one of 3, yes 3, porches. Home is also next to a tram pickup to take your right to the beach or lagoon pool. If you are looking to stay on 30A this is your place. Stay clear of Alys Beach area as it is under heavy construction as of September 2022. Where this home is located it is free of construction. Also, quick tips that made our trip comfortable, reserve your beach chairs with la dolce vita. We never needed bikes since we were at the beach and pool all day every day. lol Bruno's pizza is hands down the best pizza I have had in DECADES! Can get quite pricey but worth it with every bite. Havana Beach Bar & Grill was great for drinks on the roof during sunsets. You will not be disappointed with this home...I promise. This home sets the bar for all home rentals going forward on VRBO.

Wonderful Property!
We had a great time with our extended family staying here this week! All of the reviews which mentioned this place being so well stocked were spot on, nearly everything we needed on the trip was already there. The place was beautiful and perfect space for our group of 10. We loved the Seacrest Pool and the private beach (although packed) was a lot of fun! We did go to the public beach at Inlet a couple times for a less busy experience!
Mary was also a very responsive and helpful property manager. We loved our stay!

This property is amazing!!!! It had all the amenities we needed and wanted! 2 fridges and a separate ice machine were a total score! We had 7 adults and a toddler and it was a lot of space. Lots of areas in the house for a little separation! A lot of reviews complained about the walk to the pool so I was nervous. I’m lazy and I thought the walk was nothing. It’s a 3 minute walk right down the street. We walked back and forth multiple times during the day with a toddler. No problem at all! Helpful tip, the pool chairs fill fast so if we planned on going to the pool that day, 1 of us always went right when it opened to get a few chairs. The tram to the beach was awesome. However, the only negative thing I can say is that the private beach is the most crowded beach I’ve ever seen. We barely had a place for 1 towel. That is no fault of the property itself tho. Alice, the property manager told me way in advance to go to the public beach instead. Just a 4 min drive and it was awesome and totally not crowded. Alice also suggested bike rentals and I’m so glad she did! It was worth it! So many people bike in the area. The shops and restaurants in Seacrest are a very easy walk. There’s a trail right outside the house that takes you a straight shot thru the development to all of them. Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants are an easy walk as well! Alice was probably the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with. I texted her multiple times before, after and during our stay. She was so helpful and had great tips! We were all so sad to leave but can’t wait to go back! We had a week full of plans but I still feel like there’s so much more to do! Just love this area and house so much! I highly recommend.

Amazing beach house!
We have stayed in places in Seacrest for several years but this house is by far our favorite! Clean, spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need. Our family enjoyed days just staying in and spending time at the house because of how wonderful it is. Tram pickup to the beach is only a few yards outside the front door. Very tranquil surroundings. Alice is a top notch host! Even had a goodie basket and sign to welcome us! Hope to stay here again!

Weekend Getaway in Rosemary
The property was in the perfect location, walking distance from Rosemary shops, restaurants and beach. Unfortunately, the beach was very crowded so we didn’t spend a lot of time there. The best part of the stay was the large pool in the center of the community. The property was very clean and fit our group perfectly. I will consider staying at the property again.
